Must tries... because they're so good: the lentil soup, saffron rice, greek salad, veggie samosas and lamb chops. We just keep coming back for more of those. Thanks for what you do and for being a fixture in the neighborhood!

I was really wanting to like this place, especially for their vegetarian and vegan options. But unfortunately it didn't live up to my expectations. Food was very average and service was lacking. The restaurant itself needed some cleaning and repairs.

We had to wait 2 hours for a table (actually 1 hour 45 minutes) but still a long time to wait for food. The service was horrible. You would ask the waitress for something and she would never come back. After asking 3 times we finally gave up. The food wS terrible...... We definitely won't be back. Too much wait time, horrible service and terrible food. Two thumbs?down. Seriously don't waste your time or money!!!Parking: Whats to say??? It was a parking lot, we parked our car.

The Grape Leaf has been a staple of Frankfort Ave culture for almost 30 years. As decades pass and restaurants and businesses come and go, The Grape Leaf continues to hold its ground. I believe this is for many reasons: the classic, relaxing atmosphere both inside and outside, the delicious and always fresh food, and the friendly waiters and waitresses. My waiter, Maggie, was the cutest young girl ever. She was absolutely helpful throughout the whole experience. If you are around the St Matthews area, you must stop by Grape Leaf—no questions asked!!!

While the food is good, the service is terrible. The staff is unprofessional and they don't know how to treat customers. I walked in an hour before closing and they told me "we are closed" and the woman was extremely rude. The restaurant was dirty and there was apparently no manager. The restaurant is always short-staffed. Grape Leaf will need to hire more people and have better servers if they plan to stay in business. If you're looking for a good dining experience, this is NOT the place!
