The Joy Luck-Highlands Reviews
Terrible social media presence and terrible conflict management. Would never visit this place.
Ordered from The Joy Luck - East End and it was terrible! Soup tasted burned, rice was dry and had the consistency of gravel. Both were inedible. Portions of entree were also small proteins were dry.
This was food ordered around 6 pm on a Sunday. No wonder the restaurant was empty when we picked up the food.
Great food, service, and atmosphere

Mondays are all-day happy hours, making it an attractive option for those looking for a deal. The menu features Taiwanese-inspired dishes, including Pork Buns, Mu Shu with beef and fried rice, and 5 Flavor with shrimp and steamed rice.
