Went tonight for the first time and won’t return. The food is extremely over priced, and not worth it. My husband & I got the chicken lettuce wraps they were OVERLOADED with onions. We both like onions but that’s all you could taste. We paid extra for chicken and there was barely chicken but loaded w onions. My daughter for the pad Thai and it was mediocre at best. The green tea wasn’t good either. Luke warm w no flavor. $70 for 3 people 😳 definitely not worth it.

The food was incredible! Our server was friendly and very helpful in deciding which food and cocktails to order. We ordered the Beijing Duck and Singapore Noodles- delicious! We’ll definitely be returning.

Great food I found it by accident! My normal place was unavailable so I looked for Chinese food. Much more flavor than the place on Westport rd. Sure wish they delivered but got to experience door dash for first time

Have been a few times and always delicious. It's worth trying something different each time because there are so many delicious options. Service has also been excellent by being tentative to the table & being able to answer all food related questions easily.

This was our 1st time at Joy Luck and we ABSOLUTELY LOVED it! The Crab Rangoon was the BEST we've EVER had and the Pork Bao Buns were what I call "crave worthy!!!" The General Tso Chicken was also exceptional!

I also want to say that we had GREAT service from Pauline and Sammy who made us feel very welcome and really took great care of us! I would HIGHLY recommend Joy Luck to anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wanted to try the Duck at this establishment and was very disapointed. The Beijing Duck was probably about half a duck that was serviced on 4 Rice buns. It was black, so way overcooked and old so it was heated up in a microwave. Same for the Cantonese Rost Duck, no difference from the Beijing Duck, black, overooked, and heated up in microwave.
The KunPao was pretty much Orange Chicken with nothing spicy about it. The only thing we enjoyed were the Beef in Rice Buns.

Had food delivered by GrubHub driver was great. Food was mediocre at best. Mushu was very salty and no ‘pancakes’. Asked for xtra sauce twice was allowed a tablespoon of sauce. Sweet sour chicken mostly breading. Fried rice was so broken seemed as if it had been utilized for days.

I’m confused by the poor reviews, I love this place. The service is always great, and every time we visit we’re delighted with fresh and flavorful food.

My family and I eat here pretty frequently, mostly dine in. Food is always delicious and I love their house cocktails. Casual atmosphere with high quality food. Go for the duck!! It’s pricey but soooooo worth it.

Kid-friendliness: The waitress was so kind to our kids and even let them draw on the wall with chalk.

Super wondeful place serving a variety of Asian food! We stopped in for lunch and were met with wonderful service and delicious food! We had spring rolls, general tso's chicken and Singapore rice noodles (at the recommendation of our server). Everything was amazing! I also very much enjoyed all of the hand painted artwork on the walls. We will definitely be back!
