Ordered food for myself and co-workers. Lady that answered the phone was rude ( red flag). Food was poorly made and just overall disgusting. Will not be going

I ordered dumplings and a spring roll. The food tasted very processed. Not really sure what to say but it looks like a lunch place for nearby offices

The duck was excellent as ever, even as take-out. Highly recommend trying the duck and corn rangoon as well!

Terrible manager! I ordered food for pickup, she made a mistake and missed an item. I didn't realize til I got home. I called and spoke to the manager I ordered from and instead of apologizing and making it right she was making it my fault. She said I didn't order this item and she had repeated my order, but I told her she even asked if I wanted the item steamed or crispy, which when I said steamed. She said oh and still didn't apologize. I asked if they would deliver it now because I didn't want to go back and she said you can order with DoorDash, we don't deliver, but you can order it from DoorDash. She was rude unapologetic. And I was still going to have to drive back and pay for it. I asked if she was going to do anything for the inconvenience, she said she would give a gift card. She gave a $10 gift card LOL and STILL CHARGED me Lol. I drove all the way back (and I don't live close) and all the rest of my food got completely cold in all this back and forth. I was very mad as we don't do take out like this often, it was suppose to be a treat for my kids. Good food. Pretty pricey, I spent about $85 for the 3 of us for take out. I use to send friends, family, and clients here, but NOT ANYMORE! I have been there many times and this was the worst service and from a Manager, that's crazy!!!

Came here for the Beijing Roast Duck, as it is a dish I loved as a kid and haven't had it since then. It was excellent. Meat was moist and flavorful. The buns were soft and were a perfect size. The paper-thin super crisp duck skin and crispy green onion was a great contrast to the overall softness of the rest of the bite. The sauce is the sweet and salty piece that pulls it all together. Any future visits here would be because I am craving this dish. The rest of our meal was pork dumpling, soup dumplings, hot and sour soup and ginger salad, mongolian chicken. The soup dumplings had a good flavor but had a disappointing amount of broth inside. I expected atleast a spoon-fulls worth in each but the only had maybe a spoon full between all four dumplings. The pork dumplings were good as well but definitely not the best I have had. More in line with grocery store freezer aisle taste. Hot and sour soup had a nice salty, umami flavor but was lacking any heat. Ginger salad was large and overall tasted in line with what you would expect. Mongolian chicken was a good size portion (but should be expected for $15). The service was not bad. Only one waitress from what we could tell but it was extremely slow the night we went. Ambiance is not really what we expected; had an industrial feel inside and a mix of music from 80s-90s. Overall I would return but it would be mainly if I was craving the duck dish. I'd try a couple other items like the spicy dumplings and maybe the duck wings.

The food is always good. Service not so much. The place was empty (2 at bar, one other single at a table, when we arrived) and our appetizers came before drinks. The bartender had to look up how to make my drink. TERRIBLE. When I told her, the attitude was rude. That's how we make them" Well folks you don't screw with classic cocktails. I asked to have it remade, which she did reluctantly. We won't go back to this location. The original on Bardstown road is so much better.

I haven't eaten here in a while but have always loved it! Tonight I tried it via DoorDash and the food was excellent. The Singapore noodles are spicy and delicious with plenty of taste and spice. I had them with chicken. Also tried the pork fried wontons which were good. It says it came with sauce but I didn't get any sauce for them. But they were still delicious. The Mongolian beef was excellent, spicy and the rice noodles on it were how it should be served but most places don't do it. I also sampled the fried rice which was also very tasty!! Excellent meal!! Definitely a bit more pricey than other Asian foods but worth it for something a bit different t and tastier! Glad I decided to try it.

Some of the best Asian food in all of Louisville. Absolutely the best Mongolian beef I have ever had at a restaurant. Portions are perfect and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Highly recommended.

Went for take out for six. Wait was 40 minutes past the time they told us food would be ready. At least six others waiting with not enough places to sit. Never heard of an automatic gratuity on take out but there's is 20%, yes 20% added to all take out without even telling you. So then there is a pop up for an additional tip that comes when paying and not knowing you already paid a tip. Finally got my order only to find out at home, 30 minutes away, that we were shorted two meals and they had packed no utensils or napkins or condiments. Went back for shorted meals with not even "sorry for the inconvenience". Food was good, but expensive for Asian and not sure worth the indifferent attitude toward their customers..

We love Joy Luck but today I asked for something different than my normal 5 Flavor Beef. I was in the mood for a Spicy Orange Chicken. My wife called and ordered this no standard request. They absolutely delivered. It was delicious!

Almost broke a tooth on a zip tie in my dinner. NEVER EAT here. The server told me they would take the meal off the bill. They remade the meal. When the bill came, they told me the best they could do was take off $3.85. I asked them to do better, but this was all they could do. We were regulars, but will never return again.
