I recently ordered meals that were quite disappointing compared to what was presented online. The brisket sandwich had more pickles and sauce than actual meat, and the lettuce and tomatoes didn’t seem fresh at all. Additionally, the cream cheese item was mostly breading with very little filling. Had I known this meal was coming from a Denny’s establishment, I would have adjusted my expectations — but the misleading presentation and poor quality really caught me off guard.

To be honest this is pretty sad because other Meltdown locations are really nice across the USA but this location has only negative reviews for good reason, would never order from here again

Ordered two sandwich combos. One sandwich had bread that was so hard it was almost impossible to bite through. The other only had half a sandwich worth of the meat, and only one slice of cheese right in the middle of each side of the sandwich. I don't think the end result is at all what this place advertises especially for $20 per meal. It's prices are giving nice bbq sandwich, but the end result is giving fast food. Also, this is just a secondary business started by Dennys. Why not just add the Meltdowns items to the Dennys menu and call it a day? Just like Denny's, the price no longer matches to product.

Omg why doesnt this have a fice star rating! This is my firsr week in louisville and this is by far the best food ive had so far. Their patty melts are great! I love the way the cook and season the bread and theyre big portioned sandwiches. The treat yourself is a delicious take on the strawberry shortcake

I ordered the dessert "Treatin' Myself Melt" which was supposed to be "cheesecake and fresh strawberries smashed between grilled, buttery pound cake slices" and what I got was a slice of cheesecake and two slices of pound cake. LOOK AT THIS MONSTROSITY.

We ordered delivery and our food was delicious! We all had something different and enjoyed our meal. I didn’t know this was the Dennys when we ordered because of the name Melt Down! I haven’t had a meal at this Dennys in YEARS! I would order it delivery again.

This was the worse!!! I ordered the slow cooked beef brisket.. with melting cheese bbq sauce and pickles.. what I received was a piece of grilled bread with crumbles of ground meat on the very end of the bread the rest was just empty bread and cheese melted so much it was hard.. fries were so soggy like they were wet and cold.. I would never eat from here again..

My melt was okay I would try another kind . I got a cheesecake pound cake thingy and they were out of pound cake and gave me a damn regular cheesecake I think I should have been compensated ?? then I didn’t receive my f drink my first time ordering from this place through DOORDASH and I wasn’t pleased ??♀️
