I reserved a specific table ahead of time and reservation was spot on. It is a lot of food so be very hungry. Everything was delicious. My salad was amazing, and all the meat was fun preparing and indulging. It was a 20 yr anniversary and we both had great time. I'd recommend their virtual tour on website to get a feel for layout.

We dine at this restaurant a few times a year. Our dinner Friday was by far the best experience we have had there yet. Everything was on point and our server, Mason, was outstanding. Great way to end a week with excellent food and top notice customer service.

Went to Melting Pot to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We drive 2 hours as this is the closest one to us. In the past, service has been spotty but tonight we had a wonderful waiter named Maximillian. He was FABULOUS!! One of the best experiences we’ve had there in quite some time! He was prompt with our orders and very nice. He didn’t even mind when we had him running back and forth for more sauces, veggies, drinks, etc. The manager, Joe, was also very nice. This was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had at this restaurant in a long time! Thanks guys for making it a great night for my daughter!!!!

I come here every year for my birthday, and while the food has always been good, the service in the past has unfortunately left a lot to be desired. I've had experiences where the staff were rude, unwelcoming, and honestly made the long drive feel like it just wasn’t worth it.

That all changed this year. Joe, the manager, and Maximillion, our server, completely turned things around. From the moment we walked in, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel like they cared about making this a special celebration.

Maximillion was incredible—friendly, professional, and on top of everything. Joe went out of his way to check in on us and make sure everything was perfect. Their level of service made this birthday one of the best yet, and for the first time in a while, it felt like every mile we drove to get here was absolutely worth it.

Huge thanks to Joe and Maximillion—this is the kind of experience that will keep us coming back!

My wife and I had a wonderful evening at The Melting Pot! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a date night, and the food was absolutely delicious—each course was better than the last.

What really made the night stand out, though, was our waitress, Lillie. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk us through the menu, made great recommendations, and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience.

We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Lillie when we do!

The staff go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The management team is also very attentive. We were celebrating the last day of school as it felt extra special. Food is amazing as always.

We frequent melting pot because my Wife loves it. Tonight, we had probably the worst service we’ve ever had here. I didn’t get the young ladies name because I was frustrated and just wanted the experience to be over. Very short black hair and dark skin. Anytime she was at our table, she was very short and seemed like in a rush. We would have most definitely ordered more drinks and desserts if she had given us 2 seconds to speak. She would run through her spiels and then gone. I had to call her down as she was leaving just to get a glass of wine. She comes to our table as we’re eating the cheese course and she spills an entire glass of ice water on my wife and the table. She gave what felt like a reluctant “sorry” and then laughed as she was arranging her tray. Brought back a kitchen towel and gave it to my wife for her to dry herself off and dry the table ourselves. Then leaves the soaked napkins, straw, and towel sitting on the table even though she came by twice until one of her coworkers took it away for us. Once we moved to the entree course our drinks ran dry and she never returned or offered to fill them. We finished entrees and sat there for quite some time until she finally came back slinging dessert and refills on the table. I would have liked a water instead of an unsweetened tea for a refill or at least had lemon like I asked for with my first glass. My Wife’s coke was basically water. She brings the chocolate fondue out with the alcohol already poured in the chocolate. I’ve never seen it done this way before. She sat it on fire and also left us unattended while it burned which has never happened before. It burned considerably longer than it normally does. To the point the marshmallow was black and I had no choice but to stir it before the flame went out. May be perfectly fine but the chocolate looked broken and did not taste good. We’ve had it many times before. She also brought the check with the dessert and gave 0 opportunity to order anything additional, request other drinks or anything. We never saw her again after that until we were leaving. She was sitting behind the front desk on her cell phone. She said “you all have a good night”. I was frustrated and didn’t respond as I heard my wife say “you too”. Then I hear the waitress mumble what sounded like “ugh that was rude.” For context, the male waiter that was in the same section as her did a 10 times better job. He was more attentive, personable, accommodating, and kept busy making sure his tables were clean and his customers were taken care of. Meanwhile, she leaves the tray stand half full of dirty dishes sitting next to our table for a long time. He comes by and tries to move it so he can clean his table or something and she snaps at him telling him no she needs it. Long story short, either she was EXTREMELY busy behind the scenes where we could not see, or she is extremely lazy and has terrible customer service skills. Do yourself a favor Melting Pot and either get this young lady some more training/supervision or put her somewhere that isn’t customer facing. Terrible experience. Especially for $155.

We went here with friends to celebrate our final concert of the year. I'd only been once before, years ago, and it was nice to go again. The flaming turtle chocolate fondue was amazing!!! I have celiac disease, but there were plenty of gluten free options and the server was very attentive and made sure to keep all of my food separate from the rest of the group. He also brought out this special plate for us after our meal - so special!

Way too much money for what you get. The $34 for the tiny tray of meats was insane. Loved the chocolate fondue though and the dessert as a whole, it was delicious.

Food was ok but overpriced. Our waitress didn't refill glasses without being asked and wasn't really informative.
