Service could use some help. The business was not busy at all while we were there and it took us pretty much 2.5 hours from the time we arrived until the time we were done. There were long delays from the time we got our drinks, ordered, and got our food.

This was our best melting pot experience yet! Everything was better than it ever had been! Love them making the cheese at the table too! I've eaten here before but this time everything was excellent! We did the grill for our food and it's 100x better than any of the ones where u boil it in the pot! The steak was SO much better when we did the grill! 5 stars !!

This is my favorite place to go, For any occasion! From the cheese to the salad to the full meal, Everything is hands down my favorite! I go every Mother’s Day & every year for my birthday!! 🎂 If you haven’t been, Go! We love the Mojo Broth for our cooking style! 😉

I did not have the chance to eat here because no one would wait on me. I got there at 630 with my husband and 3 kids. We decided to leave 20 mins later after no one would acknowledge we were there yet every single waiter/waitress walked by us at least 2x. The table behind us had 2 waiters joking and laughing with a group and there were at least 2 waiters standing at the bar talking. The only reason I can think of is I had kids with me? I'm not sure . I did talk to the manger while leaving and asked him to train his staff better. While he was nice all he did was offer a gift card. I would say if you have kids stay away from here as the people working obviously don't want your service. To note there were only 5 filled tables and at least 4 wait staff. They weren't overly busy they literally just chose to ignore us.
