Had reservation for 6:30. Didn’t get seated until almost 8 pm. Sat at our table for almost 25 minutes before we saw a waitress or got anything to drink. Horribly dirty atmosphere. Tables all around us full of dirty dishes. Food was horrible. Some of us got refills and some never got our refills. No cheese etc etc. just horrible service all around. People were leaving left and right. We will never go back. When did it go down hill??

They were down a server so things were a little slow, but the food was great! Lots of food for a very reasonable price.

The food and atmosphere was fantastic. Our waitress Sierra did a marvelous job checking on us, and keeping our drinks filled. Can't wait to return.

I couldn't believe how bad the food was. I was excited to go back because it was so good 7 years ago. I had to get up and leave my appetizer and meal sitting on the table. My husband ate half of his 4 ravioli because there was only enough sauce for 2. The waiter was so very kind and tried so hard to be helpful. Given he was waiting on 10 or 11 tables by himself, it was difficult. He was definitely a 5 star though. I will not ever go back. I just wish I'd eaten at the pizza place across the street. So $88 for $5 dollar quality. Sad and disappointed.

Went with wife and just loved the place and her entree' . Nothing bad to say or review here. Excellent dishes and service outstanding.

Parking: Parking is free on weekends after certain hours otherwise must find a parking meter or parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: A little tight in spots but doable and very accommodating by staff also. Held doors open and moved table and chairs to accommodate her chair. Just EXCELLENT.

I had a reservation scheduled in advance. When my party (2 people total) arrived we were told to wait a moment and we’d be seated; we sat down in the waiting area. The line was going out the door and we noticed people were coming in with NO reservations- with parties larger than ours- and were being seated immediately… turns out if you sit down they completely forget you’re there and will seat everyone else ahead of you regardless of who had reservations & who didn’t. Aside from that our experience here was good & our server was doing a great job considering all the huge parties he was taking care of around us.

Good food and good atmosphere at this place. Located right in the heart of Downtown Louisville by the convention center, this place is definitely a hot spot in the city.

I got the spaghetti and a salad. It tasted fresh and homemade. The meat was very flavorful and tender as well.

Like many of the restaurants in Downtown Louisville, the spaghetti factory has an old elegant charm with chandeliers and old wooden walls.

Overall, this place is worth checking out, especially if you like spaghetti.

The garlic cheesebread was a really good appetizer to start with. I had the lasagna, my kid had spaghetti with meatballs, and my wife had the chicken fettuccine. It was perfect. Love the old Louisville atmosphere inside. 5/5 will return with family

Located in a beautiful building built in the late 1800s. This place can be busy so get there early for dinner or there could be a wait. We started with the garlic bread with marinara. A great way to start your meal. The spaghetti vesuvius was a bit spicy but very good. The restaurant was very clean and the service was excellent. Recommended!
