I really enjoy this company’s product however, I have ordered it three times now via DoorDash and each time the order is delivered it is missing components or not what I ordered. It evident the team is not paying attention to the orders that come through and providing the product that you pay for. On two occasions I’ve received cobbler orders that do not have ice cream, which is supposed to come with the order and on another occasion received a cookie that did not have the icing on it. Before posting something on a review, I typically try to reach out to the restaurant, but the email was returned and I’ve tried to call several times, but no one answers the phone. Unfortunate and I will no longer be ordering from this location.
The building is completely empty and closed.

The best peach cobbler and banana pudding hands!! The customer service is amazing! Every time I come, all the young ladies are so very sweet and the music is always a vibe.
10 out of 10 would try again
Very awkward setting inside an old gas station and weird atmosphere. The air is stagnant, no music playing inside and had very off-putting vibes. It’s like you’re in a dead zone where time stops and animals know to avoid it.
The inside looked clean enough but it’s strangely half-closed and they were out of most of what was in the menu. You can hear the microwave heating things up from the back but besides that, there wasn’t much going on in this place. We debatised leaving while our order was being made because it felt so weird in there so I let my family go while I waited and then got out of there as fast as possible
This place is amazing I love the customer service food there is great I love love love the ice cream and banana pudding Shayla was so helpful. I’m sorry if I spelled her name wrong but I will definitely be back with friends next time.
I stopped by around noon on new years eve. 1 person working. I ordered the banana and strawberry pudding. It was very tasty, in and out in about 5 minutes
Just yum!!!

I paid 12 dollars for peach cobbler that had undercooked crunchy peaches and half a scoop of ice cream. If the ice cream wasn't good I'd give 1 star instead.
So this is a PSA that also outs me for being a sugar addict. I’m living my Sunday as a mental health day today and was craving the amazing banana pudding I could only get at The Peach Cobbler Factory in the Highlands. My wonderful hubby went to grab me some. Well, guess what? No longer amazing. Every time I’ve ever gotten it, it came in a cup with dome lid that was filled with rich pudding, ample vanilla wafers and whipped cream. This one came in the same cup, but with a flat lid, the equivalent of a half portion. It was all pudding with whipped cream and one wafer on top.
End of rant (and my obsession with banana pudding!

Great customer service from Gerald very friendly and helpful the cobbler is phenomenal
Super disappointed! I ordered two cobblers. Left with them and the ice cream had been completely melted and refrozen. It was nasty. So overpriced and very poor quality. I tried calling them about it and the number listed on their website is a discontinued number. They don’t want you to be able to contact them. No phone number listed on the receipt.
The owner responded to this post, and I have tried several times to reach them at the phone number they left on this post, and I always get voicemail and never a call back. Even more disappointed with this company. Stay away!

Update: I was finally able to reach someone after messaging their Facebook account and being given a phone number to call. The person I spoke to was very nice, and so were the lady’s there when I went to go pick up. I got my food remade, but still wasn’t very impressed with quality of the food. You can literately hear them microwaving everything while you wait for it. I could’ve got a premade cobbler from the store and microwaved it myself.
Complete waste of time and money. First and LAST time customer. Paid $10 for a cold half full cup of cherry cobbler with no ice cream. Tried calling and the phone number listed is disconnected. Very disappointed.
Wish I would’ve gone to the grocery store and bought a pie and some ice cream instead. Would’ve been 1/4 of the cost too.
