The New Dill pizza is the best! Outdoor seating is nice.

If you have been in the area, then you know these small bars and shops are all spread out. The post has good parking and plenty of space inside and out for casual drinks and dining. The food was good, the patrons were nice and quick to serve.

Great pizza for a reasonable price! The slide of the day was so good we got three more to bring home.

The pizza at The Post is exactly what it should be — thin, crisp on the bottom with that perfect dusting of cornmeal, and just enough chew to make you pause and appreciate the craft behind it.

This isn’t some over-hyped, grease-heavy dough bomb. This is pizza with discipline. Intent. The crust holds its own, the toppings are balanced and thoughtful — not piled on like a dare, but placed like someone actually cared about the outcome.

It tastes like someone back there still respects the process. Still believes pizza matters. And they’re right — it does.

If you know, you know. And if you don’t — go fix that.

We dined indoors right at opening on a weekend, so service was good and our food was piping hot. Our server was helpful with food and drink recommendations as it was our first visit. Nothing was over the top about this pizza spot but I enjoyed the experience and would return.

Dietary restrictions: Delicious gluten-free crust. It is very thin but good. Very similar to a cracker crust.

Parking: Not very many parking spots so you may have to park on the street and walk.

The BEST PIZZA in Louisville! I have to stop by and bring my friends every year while we’re in town for louder than life. This place is a hidden gem. Great atmosphere, good customer service. I fully recommend the South Pacific pizza with sweet chili drizzle, it’s so tasty, full of flavor and one big pizza is enough for 4 people. Great variety of beer too and a full bar!

Lunchtime slices $5 with a dollar off for happy hour.

The same who wet their pants over Please and Thank You cookies will love it here. People go nuts about this place but there’s honestly nothing special about it. It’s baseline entry-level pizza. People in this town seem to go nuts over the simplest stuff so, whatever.
