This was my third time at Tiger Sugar, granted I had only been to two of their locations in two other states. My friend and I came in on a warm ish Sunday afternoon before walking to Cherokee Park. I'm not the biggest fan of their brown sugar milk tea since they are too sweet for me, so I stuck with the lychee fruit tea. It was delicious and refreshing but at 50% sweetness, it was still too sweet for me. Dang! Guess I'll go with 25% next time! They were doing large boba that day. Seriously large! But we didn't feel like trying it even though they had straws for it lol Glad they're in town! You can find parallel parking easily so not bad at all!

Quick update: the black sugar milk egg rolls are beyond amazing!!! They have a crunchy outside and a creamy inside. The inside is almost like a cream cheese type of filling. So good. Customer service is always top tier, I've never had a negative experience here. The mini boba is fun too! I seriously love this place and always feel so welcome:)

A cute, thematic bubble tea shop. I was a little confused about the menu at first because I am used to lengthier menus, but what I landed on was refreshing and the boba was good too (not too chewy. Tiger Sugar has a focus on their brand of black sugar teas, so don't expect they will have your favorite flavor unless your favorite flavor is a tiger tea.

I LOVE Tiger sugar!! First off, the people who work here are so sweet and I love talking to them. I also love the drinks & how good the quality is. The best oolong tea I’ve ever had is here. I also recommend any of their brown sugar drinks. I didn’t like brown sugar boba until I tried it at tiger sugar, it does not disappoint! Louisville is so lucky to get a place like this, I dreamed of us getting a tiger sugar for years , and we finally did. Try tiger sugar, you won’t regret it .

It's not as good as expected, and it's very different from the old brown sugar in new york. The material they use is cheap milk, and the taste is greatly reduced. The same brand of things is not good, so the taste is much worse.Parking: It is difficult to park.

I have had boba in the past and wasn't a fan, but this was great! The staff were very friendly and made a great recommendation. The passion fruit green tea was very fruity without being too sweet. The store was very clean and cute with seating. I'll definitely be back to try a coffee drink.

Has a lot of pagan items around the store that doesn't make me feel comfortable. Also, I asked for a drink carrier, and I got cussed out in their language as if I can't ask for a drink carrier. The woman who was servicing me was very rude. Her attitude was very stank, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.I don't care how Good the products that they have are, but I would not put money in someone's pocket who is talking to me 10 karat crazy.

I've passed Tiger Sugar so many times, and each time I tell myself I need to check it out. I finally had the chance recently. A friend and I ventured in after lunch. The clerk was friendly and pointed to some favorites from the menu. I went with Tiger Sugar's signature, Black Sugar Boba + Pearl Boba. This was perfectly sweet and was made with mini boba. It provided that afternoon kick I needed. I noticed that Tiger Sugar doesn't offer sweetness, ice and topping modifications on their menu, though you may be able to ask for these when you order. This spot was clean and had quick service. Hopefully I'll make it back soon.
