Okay 5 stars. Not like Michelin stars ( there are only 3 of those anyway) and not to compare this humble tavern to The Capital Grille. But our experience here was excellent. Very welcoming staff, good off street parking. Nice open layout, big bar and plenty of tables. Short sweet and varied menu, of which the pizzas are clearly the lead. Our lunch guest had a pizza of her own choices and loved it! I had the quarter pound burger with American and excellent crispy bacon. ( Seriously how many joints serve limp, soft, chewy bacon? Awful! Not here though) The onion rings were crunchy and just the right shade of golden brown. We closed out lunch with two of the delicious homemade blondies sold at the order counter. These were also very delicious. For a mid week lunch, the service and food were absolutely spot on. Well done Tim Tam Tavern!

One of the friendliest establishments I've been to in awhile. Just enjoy pizza week! Philly Cheese steak pizza was really good. Customer service was excellent.
