A great option for 5-star Japanese food is Tokyo. This restaurant stands out with its impressive (A) rating and is known for its fast service and cozy atmosphere. They offer a variety of Japanese dishes, including fresh sushi and vegetarian options, all in a casual and trendy environment. Their attention to detail and quality of ingredients make each visit memorable. Plus, they have delivery and takeout options, making it a convenient choice for any occasion.

Love the sashimi and sushi dinner. It's one of the best sushi and sashimi in Louisville. It has neighborhood sushi place vibes. Mostly regulars having their dinner with family and friends ? Service is excellent ?

It's rather arrogant not to put prices on items on the menu.
It's possible to scan a code and access the prices, I was told, but that's really not a friendly option, esp. for couples who want to go on a date night without their phones at the table.

One of my favorite sushi spots in louisville. Love the servers and staff. Highly recommend this spot. I've been going here for years. Recommend everything on the menu, especially the sashimi deluxe..My friends that don't like sushi can order the tempura platters and really enjoy them.

There is a wide variety of sushi to satisfy everyone. The presentation is incredible. I have yet to have a bad meal or experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. I think it is the best place in town for sushi. My sister-in-law, who does not like sushi, found the teriyaki chicken dish to be excellent.

Roberto and the staff are terrific. Very friendly, neighborhood vibe. Very fresh fish and creative rolls, great value. Highly recommend and support another locally owned restaurant in Lousiville!

So glad I found this place! The staff was so welcoming and quick. My first visit I had the Sauteed Edamame, Temptation Roll and the Cardinal Roll (minus the wasabi mayo). All of it was fantastic! The temptation roll was probably my favorite of the two. Sushi was fresh and the portion sizes were great!! I will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Probably the best sushi in Louisville, with plenty of options. They have more authentic, fresh options as well as deliciously deep fried things. My wife, who isn't a fan of sushi, really likes their steak hibachi. We've always had great service here, and everyone's really nice.

Delicious. Try the garlic edamame. You’ll love it. I had the super white tuna and salmon sashimi. The fish was fresh and plentiful. My only regret: I’ve had carry out twice and both times food items were missing. The first time: sashimi. The second time: soup and salad. I’m going to give it another go.
