Tropical Café has a clean, nice atmosphere and the food was good and fresh. Unfortunately, the customer service lacked friendliness and warmth, which took away from the overall experience. With a little more attentiveness and hospitality, this place could really shine. -KYCS Consulting

The girl (brown hair and floral henna tattoo on her hand) taking my order was very not welcoming or friendly at all. No greeting or anything. Stood there and stared at me until i told her my order. Then when i got my acai bowl it had chunks of ice in it like the texture of a snow cone and the fruit looked like it had been messily thrown on top. I frequent the bardstown road t.s. and have never had any experience like this.

It's our favorite place to go when we want to eat healthy food. Always really friendly staff and great atmosphere. I love their smoothies, specially their new Dragon Passion fruit one.

Everyone is usually pleasant and nice but there's one girl that works there with the nastiest attitude. I try to order on line to avoid dealing with her but today I had to go in the store and of course she's there. She handled my money and did not wash her hands before making my food... all the while giving me dirty looks from behind the counter. I will be going to the UohL location from here on out.

I visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe and had a great experience! The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I ordered the smoothie and chicken salad it was delicious, smoothie was refreshing, flavorful, and not overly sweet.

The store was clean and had a relaxing vibe, perfect for a quick lunch or snack. Prices are reasonable for the quality.

I haven’t been inside but today I delivered after having other restaurant trouble on DoorDash and I got a açaí bowl for free after spending $20 and I found a new favorite food I’m obsessed with it was amazing and the sausage burrito was way bigger then I expected it to be and the smoothie was refreshing for my morning I’m quiet impressed will definitely be ordering soon!
