Warning: Highly Addictive – I Could Live Off These Smoothies!

If loving Tropical Smoothie Café is wrong, I don’t want to be right. This place is dangerously good—I could seriously go every single day and still not get tired of it. At this point, they probably see me pull into the parking lot and start making my order before I even walk in.

First of all, the smoothies are next level. They’re always fresh, perfectly blended, and bursting with flavor. Whether I’m in the mood for something fruity, creamy, or packed with protein, they have a smoothie to match every craving. The Bahama Mama? Absolutely life-changing. The Avocolada? Feels like a tropical vacation in a cup. And don’t even get me started on the Peanut Paradise—I would fight someone for the last one.

But here’s the real danger—once you start pairing a smoothie with their food, there’s no going back. Their wraps, flatbreads, and quesadillas are ridiculously good, and suddenly you’re not just grabbing a smoothie, you’re planning your entire meal around it. I came for a quick drink, and now I’m walking out with a full-course meal and no regrets.

Honestly, I might need an intervention, but until then, I’ll be over here happily sipping my Tropical Smoothie, pretending I have self-control. If you haven’t tried it yet, consider this your sign—you need this in your life. Just be warned… once you start, there’s no going back!

Food is good, but got cold due to staffing shortage. It’s lunch hour and there is only one person in the shop. The experience would be a lot better for everyone waiting (there are 12 people waiting currently) if there is more than just one person making orders during lunch hour

Visited on Friday at 6pm, kind and efficient staff. They brought my food right to the table and seemed to be having a nice night. Good store ☺️

The smoothies are HUGE. This was my first time going here, and I had no idea how big these things were. It's about $6 for a smoothie, but the smoo5hies is ginormous.

They took a bite out of my cup so it would leak and hardly had any meat/eggs/cheese on the wrap. I do in person cash tip so I didn’t do an electronic tip so I am assuming this made them mad and they did this (regardless it is unacceptable) I won’t be going to this one again. The smoothie was also very watery so hopefully nothing else was done to it but it leaked everywhere because of it. The girl (I can give details to TSC of who she was) was rude and laughed as I left with my pick up order. I typically am very happy with this place (and am a frequent customer) but this time it was terrible and I’m highly disappointed.

Wow what a difference in location SO DISAPPOINTED! We just moved to the area from StMatthews. Our two wraps had NO CHICKEN and when I asked for a table to be cleaned (they were all dirty) she said well I have to make your wrap (there were 2 employees there). We won’t be back to this store unfortunately

1 worker and a 25 minute wait on a online order that was placed 10 minutes before I got there. People only get 30 minutes for lunch. Maybe get a manager that can hire a staff to work the place. The worker that came in late was extremely rude will not return. Lost my business

I typically am in a different area where I order Tropical Smoothie, but this particular day I was working and could not leave to go get my lunch (I'm a nurse and it was a weekend early evening and we were short staffed) so I utilized my Tropical Smoothie App. I ordered delivery from the Tropical Smoothie App from my phone about 4pm for it to be delivered to my work about 430pm. I was with a patient when the Tropical Smoothie order was delivered so the receptionist placed it into the break room for ne. Three minutes after delivery I took my lunch went to get my order and noticed that the order looked different than what I thought that I had ordered. Thinking that I had lost my mind and possibly ordered the wrong thing I toom a sip of the Smoothie and it was hot. I further looked at the receipt and soon realized that the wrong order was not only delivered but this order was placed and made at 830AM IN THE MORNING!! why was an order available to even be mistakenly in a pick up area for a delivery person to even be able to grab to deliver after EIGHT HOURS OF SITTING THERE! I immediately called up there to express what had happened which two young ladies knew notbwgat to do or how to help me. I was in no place to be able to leave to go get the correct order which they did state was in the puck up area still. They stated that they could leave a note for the manager to fully refund me the next day. I them was concerned about how I would know that it was take care of because the girl was so quick to get me off of the phone without getting my phone number. So she took my number, we discussed a manager calling me to let me know that the refund was processed. GUESS WHAT 2 WEEKS NO REFUND, NO PHONE CALL AND DIARRHEA FROM SIPPING A FEW SIPS OF AN 8 HOUR OLD SMOOTHIE. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AT THIS FACILITY. If you are going to have trust in employees working then you should have trust in them giving proper refunds when applicable!!

2x I've come to this location to order a peanut cup or peanut paradise and both times they don't fill my cup up, even though there is still smoothie in the blender container. Why, any other smoothie I've ordered has been filled up the top. Not sure why or even understand why but I want what's advertised and what I paid for.

Four of us went to grab a couple of smoothies and sandwiches during what turned out to be a very busy dinner and DoorDash rush.
The young man who took our order was great!
Audrey K., our server, personally delivered our food to us and insisted that she would like to make our dinner at Tropical Smoothie Cafe perfect. I was really impressed with her attention to great customer service and satisfaction. We wil be back!

Good concept, unfortunately the execution is not. My drink was watered down with very little flavor.
