Visit for the weekday lunch buffet, which changes daily. The baked potato bar was well accompanied, including a chili topping as well as hot cheese. Selections at the salad bar are kept fresh and rotated. Must recommend.
Don't read the first couple of reviews from this "Nick" individual who has created several Gmail accounts that consist of the same one individual. The U-Club is under new management and still working out the bugs from having poor quality management before. You obviously have to be a member, but having gone there every Christmas season for several years in a work event, I just want to say that the staff and service are great. I always enjoy my time there.
