I think the food here was great!! And the service was excellent!! It is very affordable and my family loves it. And the waiter that we had was very polite and was on top of everything that we needed. The restaurant is nice on the inside and has a lot of seating and a lot of room for everybody to sit. They serve chips and salsa and bean dip and guacamole dip even chorizo dip for the whole table and you don't have to pay for that. But if you're not careful you will fill up on the chips and dips first before I even getting your food. The only thing I really didn't care for was that when you say you want a Coke for your drink they give you a glass with ice in it and a canned Coke which that's not a problem per se however I would much rather in prefer the soda dispenser myself. But all in all this restaurant was a really good place to eat.

This is the BEST Mexican restaurant in Louisville, and I don't take that title lightly. Had the birria platter and it was absolutely delicious! The beef and chicken were both super flavorful and moist. Staff was super friendly and service was great. Will absolutely be back!

First time at Veronica’s I was expecting a phenomenal meal and wanted to try it since I had so many people recommended this place to me but I was very disappointed. I always order strawberry mango at any Mexican restaurant but this time I was let down I ordered strawberry mango was brought peach when I told the waiter lady she swear it was strawberry mango and that it’s why it looks orange I was like mam I can taste peach and the margarita was orange. My husband ordered a mango raspberry and was brought the original margarita still denied right infront of us. I order chicken tenders for the kids and was brought 5 little piece of chicken nuggets. When I ask the weightier she say oh I’m sure they probably ran out of chicken tenders like okay without knowledging that she left us hanging. The tacos had no flavor and birria pizza definitely wasted my time and money I could’ve pay less for the place I usually go. Never going back again. Ohh let’s not forget about how the margaritas tasted like smoothie no alcohol what so ever I thought I was drinking a unsweetened smoothie. I left the whole cup right there. I usually order about 3 margaritas but this time even my appetite was taken away. I’ve had better birria tacos at an American restaurant

Worth the hype! The prices match the portions and I'd suggest getting either the birria quesadilla or the birria ramen. Their guacamole is pretty good too

The warm salsa was off-putting. I loved the taste though. Neither of us liked our meal. The servers were friendly. The music was too loud for a space that small.
