Kicked things off with a hu tieu sa-te bowl and added a fresh spring roll—felt spot-on for the price range. The broth was fragrant with lemongrass and heat, noodles held up perfectly. No fuss, just deeply satisfying and fun to dig into.
My favorite restaurant and has been since it opened. The hot and sour soup is the best I've ever had and I've tried it all over the United States. You can't beat it. The owner is always present and knows his customers well.
