Food was wonderful.Our service was excellent! The guy thatHelped us was so nice! He had long red hair. As someone who’s managed restaurants I would have hired him so quick.Reason for my 3 star review was the other worker there. She looked annoyed, was curled up in a booth playing on her phone(I think she had pink hair). She looked like she just woke up, shoes were so dirty and on the seat people sit. While the guy was making orders and helping customers she just sat on her butt. The lobby was dirty almost too dirty for us to want to sit down and eat.I feel like you’ve got 1 hard worker and one who is just there to collect the pay.Sadly I don’t think I’d eat there again just do pick up and take it home after seeing the lobby.

Food was good. Girl working the front seems more interested in her phone and less in helping customers. The Manager is extremely young. The fountain drink machine was not working properly. When inquiring with the manager about it, seemed he was very aware. Why sell a customer a cup to have a watery mixture spew out the top of the drink selection. This happened on multiple flavors. The lemonade’s were awful. I have eaten at these chains before and have always loved their lemonades. Need some definite improvements at this location. Chairs need to be straightened up, floors mopped and swept. Get off your phone’s kids and do work you’re being paid for.

I have eaten here serval times love it is always fresh and clean love the different teas I have had chicken salad and tuna both very good also a Mexican chicken bowl which was over the top.Ask questions they very helpful also accommodating to changes.

i mean it was good but its absolutely ridonculous to go out of their way to ask me if I want bread with my meal and then give me this!!! shouldve been asked if i wanted a crumb with my bloody meal!!! or a crouton!!

I love this place! My go-to spot for lunch! I have been to all their Louisville and Lexington locations now and they are all great! My favorite item on the menu is the maki shrimp salad. It's so good I can't order anything else. If you're debating between coming here or Green District salads, go here!! It's a million times better. Fresher ingredients and always friendly staff. They also have fresh made teas and lemonades. Oh and I love their loyalty card program. You get a sticker for each salad or wrap you get and you earn freebies along the way!

I find myself going here more and more. They have a good variety of salads and soups at reasonable prices relative to other similar spots - with ingredients i feel good about eating. I like that they use local ingredients where they can, and the staff is always friendly.

In the mood for a FRESH salad, made with lettuce that doesn't come chopped in a large bag and that has been sprayed with chemicals? A salad that is served to you by an employee, not gathered from a bar that has sat for hours and has food and utensils that have been handled and coughed over by hundreds of people? Then Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen is your answer! I was so pleased to find this wonderful salad kitchen so close to my home. The Shelbyville Rd area (near 265) is overrun with fast food and bar/barfood options; there are few healthy, delicious options. So yes, I was thrilled to find Vinaigrette. There are suggested salad offerings (e.g., Bluegrass Blackberry, Harvest Kale) or, one can build their own. I have some dietary restrictions and the staff were very kind and accommodating, even making helpful suggestions as I went down the line to have my toppings added. I opted for the BLT deluxe and it was beyond delicious. The bourbon smoked paprika dressing was definitely a hit! In addition to salads there are also some really appetizing grain bowl and soup options. I'm going to have to be a frequent flyer to try several of them! As if they delicious salad wasn't enough, they had several tea options, including my favorite, unsweetened hibiscus! My husband was in awe with his orange/ginger lemonade. The establishment was very clean, as was the restroom (well-stocked too). Vinaigrette is located in a small strip mall, just off the intersection of Shelbyville Rd and North Hurstbourne Parkway. Thank you, Vinaigrette for being in my 'neck of the woods; I'll certainly be back!'

Stopped in for a lunch salad. Built my own with chicken and avocado. Nice size helping and generous toppings. Staff was friendly and place was clean.
