Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen

I had always driven past this place but have never tried it. Finally got to give it a go, and I ordered the Harvest Kale salad. A main ingredient (3rd listed) is supposed to be sweet potato. Not a potato too be seen! I was a little bummed because I chose this salad for the sweet potato, not too mention that I spent over $15 (things included tip & $1.50 chips) for a pickup. I guess I should have checked the salad before I left! I still give 4 stars because the person behind the counter was very nice, and the salad was still good.

Reasonable price, quick service, good food. Will go back.

Dietary restrictions: Says GF, but there are mixed prep surfaces. Wouldn't recommend for Celiacs.

This place may be the best salad restaurant in town. The staff is always friendly, and they have a great selection of salad options. They definitely need a better rewards system instead of stickers, but the food is amazing! The Acapulco Caesar is one of my favorites!

I ordered the harvest kale salad, and after I ate I threw up for hours, and became so ill I had to go to the emergency room.

After telling them where I ate the ER nurse told me they have had several people admitted there with food poisoning after eating at Vinaigrette, and suggested I avoid this restaurant in the future (like you need to tell me that).

Having an unhygienic restaurant defeats the purpose of serving health food.

These Health Inspection grades are a joke.

My sister and her friends were rudely harassed as soon they walked in door to grab a seat with the employees yelling across the restaurant “are any of you gonna actually buy anything ?” When they hadn't had the chance to set down their belongings to walk up to the counter to order food. After they had this rude accouter only one them had decided to get a salad (due the others had grabbed food next door and or didn’t want buy anything due rudeness) they employees continued to be very passive aggressive to my sisters friend while making her salad. Then they continued to hover over my sister and her friends while they ate by cleaning the tables next to them while staring them down. 0/5 stars, very uncomfortable experience for each teenage minor involved.

Alway the freshest ingredients! I have loved this company since they opened in Lexington! I have yet to have one complaint at any of their locations I have visited in Lexington and Louisville :)

One of my favorite lunch places. Delicious, healthy food and great customer service. Even my 12 year old looks forward to eating salad here.

Once again, as in the Lexington location, but here in the Summit location for the first time…I am loving my gorgeous salad and so did my husband! He also got the chicken chili, great as always, and the service was superb! I just love this place ♥️!!! I was stunned to see that you have 3 locations here in Louisville, so now my happiness is truly tripled!!! Keep expanding and thank you for the awesome experience!!!???

Wonderful 1st time experience! Loved my bluegrass blackberry salad. I added chicken as my protein and paired it with a homemade bluberry maple lemonade.Not a fan of the parchment paper trays... I dropped one of my salads trying to get my beverages. (There is not enough counter space.)Luckily, the staff was quick to assist. Juan rushed to sweep it up, and Sapphire memorized the order and immediately remade it. Overall, it was great experience and amazing customer service.
