Saw some great reviews and went here with great expectations hoping its like some of its other franchise location
I was disappointed with the food taste, quality, quantity service, dont know if owners believe food would taste awesome if served by a robot instead of human, but the whole setup seems hilarious because you get to watch your food traveling excruciatingly slowly towards you.
Taste if was excellent at some time is no more the case, prices are for the franchise maybe, wouldn’t recommend it
Been there couple times, love the service, people, food of course especially Biryani. Keep it up
High price and low quantity and quality food and service. Will not return and recommend any one.
Very bad. Went here for paneer korma and was terrible. No flavor at all. We don’t go out often and this was really bad. New cook? Shame because this place used to be really good with Chicken 65 and biryani. Service was fine but bad food. We won’t be coming back.
Food was really good
It got grade C from inspectors and failed inspection.
Green chilli chicken and karampodi chicken was awesome.

Had the worst Indian dinner of my life. Every dish i ordered is at least 2-3 days old. Everything is salty and full of oil.

Food was delicious, and the staff was very nice! A little pricy, but if you're in the mood for some great food, I recommend it!

I recommend this place if you are fancy of an Indian dish. We tried beef and chicken biryani, masala dosa, roghanjoosh. My favorites were roghanjoosh and masala dosa. I liked the biryani but I believe it can be better.
The restaurant was clean and nice.
Staffs were kind and friendly.
Overall, it is worth of try and I will get back to this place.

Food is great! So is the service! Tina was great, she suggested all the good items!
I was in town for 3 days and got to try their Chicken dum biryani, chicken tikka masala with butter naan, their house special chicken noodles with chicken 65 and Mysore masala dosa with Vijayawada Chicken pulao! All the dishes were on point!

Good service, attentive service staff. Lacks atmosphere, the inside feels less Indian and more like an American diner. Definitely over priced. I ordered Chicken Tikka Marsala with plain naan, which was $21 plus tax & tip. Other places around town it would be more like $13 or $14 plus tax & tip. They are on the high end of the price scale but the atmosphere doesn't really support it.
Their process for payment is complicated and a pain. Instead of just giving you the check, you have to pay & tip using a handheld device. You don't get a receipt until after you pay. This makes it a pain when verifying the prices, what was ordered, correct amounts & tax, etc. I just like a paper bill that I can view for a while, verify it is correct, compute a tip using my cell, decide cash or credit (in full or just for the tip), etc. Here, they just tell you the total amount and you get the receipt after you've paid. I think it is a mistake to run a restaurant like that - easier for service people but more difficult for the customer.
Also, I sat in a boot and I could feel it every time the person in the next booth moved. I guess you would say that the backing (of the booth) was flimsy and loose. It is a negative to constantly feel this while eating dinner. This cheapens the atmosphere...could be corrected.

After seeing them warm bread up in the microwave then serving it to a guest. I was skeptical. But did not feel like driving further to my favorite location. The spicy was indeed as it should be, lamb looked as if it was warmed the same way as what I first saw them serving another guest. First time going here. Really don’t plan on going back.
I suggest going on a busier day or time for fresh meat.
