Love this Heine Brothers, very consistently good cappuccino, friendly, efficient service.
There is a beautiful, covered courtyard partially draped under a vine-covered pergola. Nice to sit and people watch, read, or write.

Only complaint is that the courtyard area is not wheelchair accessible because of both steps and gravel floor.
Inside is very accessible though.

Heine Brothers has never gotten it wrong for me. I think I trust them enough that I could go in there and tell them to make me whatever they wanted to and I'd be happy with it. I started drinking something new that I was not used to and was nervous about it (Don't judge me, it cost money) in the barista talked me through it like a right professional. Ive been to all their locations in Louisville, at least I think I have, and it's consistent throughout. Good job Heine Bros! keep it up!

Person at window was amazing however writing this because I received the wrong food item (soyrizo wrap for Olivia- didn’t realize until I bit into it) and I was supposed to get a bacon sausage wrap. Tried calling and the number fails every time. Don’t have time to drive back since I’m already at work.

Beautiful indoor and outdoor seating area. The giant wisteria covering the outdoor area is beautiful! The drinks are affordable and delicious. Absolutely loved the cheddar and chives scone and their breakfast sandwiches are delicious!

I always go to the drive thru. The service has always been fantastic. Always attentive and make eye contact, thank me for choosing to go to their coffee shop. I have lots of options.

I can get a gluten free morning glory muffin which is very exciting. They also have a GF chocolate scone that might have peanut butter chips, but that's too much sugar for me. Every time I ask if a coffee drink I want to try is dairy free or GF they have NEVER given me a hard time and ALWAYS offered to read me the labels. That is so very appreciated for someone with Celiac disease.

Dietary restrictions: Morning Glory Muffins and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Scones are gluten-free. There are alternative milks for non-dairy. They weren't sure if the oat milk was DF, so I went with almond or soy. Menu is marked w/GF for baked goods.

I think for this place the atmosphere is what sells it the best. You can sit inside and sip your coffee and a nice comfortable chair sitting where you can read. Or you can sit at a table with friends and work on your laptop or you can sit outside when the weather is permitting and enjoy a cup of coffee in the cool breeze (weather permitting)

I stop by the store to get my coffee at 3.25 pm employee name will told me he is about to close and he is not able to take any orders
Store hours showing close at 7 pm and all doors unlocked and there is still customers setting inside
This is unprofessional and if you plan to close lock the doors and put sign on the window

Barista straight up charged me a 50% tip without asking. I ordered a large tea latte from here through the drive thru, with oat milk and vanilla syrup. The barista took my card and swiped for me and told me the total was $8.90. I asked her afterwards why it was so expensive, and she told me it must have been the syrup and oat milk. I thought that was insanely priced but figured she may have automatically chosen the highest tip which I was fine with even though a bit sketchy. UNTIL I ordered the exact same drink with all add ins next time and the total online was $6.10. This means she selected for herself a 50% tip without asking. Absolutely insane and honestly illegal. I will never be going back here. It was more frustrating that she lied directly to my face when I asked why it was so expensive, saying she checked and that it was the syrups and milk add on.

Waited way too long at 7:30 a.m. on Oaks Day... 2 customers in line...2. Unbelievable how bad this was. No, really, this generation's work effort sucks. There was no one inside just 2 cars.

Anytime I go to this location, they either make my order wrong or even forgot to make.I don't know what I've done wrong to these people....for some reason I don't feel welcome there.wish I could get their corporate contact and give them more details.
