Love wafflehouse, since I was a kid, it's still pretty good too it's kinda sad you can't dine after 9 pm, though it used to get crazy after Midnight all the time added to the atmosphere

The serving sizes are more than adequate,I had leftovers and food tasted great. The grits were delicious, nice, and creamy! Friendly workers, welcoming atmosphere.
Came here 3 mornings in a row from Red Roof Inn. I'm giving a 5 star review based off of Michael's performance and the quality of food put out. If I lived here I would come here every day Michael was working. He should be a manager

The grill area was dirty!! The grill guy was there by himself, no customers were there before we got in and the grill area was absolutely awful. The waffles were great but the bacon tasted old and spoiled .
I came in with a crazy request for a sandwich and Ceecee (the waitress) had every right to tell me no. She accommodated my order and gave excellent service. Thank you

I got a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and a bacon, egg, and cheese and enjoyed them big time! The chef absolutely crushed it. Late night order from the outside window. They are all so nice and cool. Great example of how Waffle House should be and taste.

Disgusting customer service, poor attitude towards customers. It’s definitely the staff because you can go around the corner five minutes away on Fern Valley and get incredible service! Fire the whole 3rd shift and see a difference in the company.

Lazy location with window service only not open for indoor dining at 8:30 pm when they have 3-4 employees sitting around doing nothing and tending to zero customers. This is the second time I have been denyed service. Will not be back to visit here. I consider this Poor management. The owner of this location should be ashamed by the amount of money and business they are losing. If you can't run the business properly just close the location and do something you are better at. This clearly isn't it. Headed to waffle house up the rd to deal with people who like to be paid and tipped and work 😁
