Had the worst service today (11/22) at around 9 PM. I wasn’t acknowledged at all, even though there were several staff members present and very few customers in the restaurant. My food was set on the counter with no notice, and I waited about 7 minutes before anyone told me it was ready.
When I approached the counter, the woman working there said, “Wait, I’m counting bills,” even though all I needed to do was tap to pay—and my food was already sitting there getting cold. She also said, “I lost count,” in a rude and unprofessional tone. Another waitress kept walking back and forth without acknowledging me, as if I was invisible.
This was extremely disappointing service.

Um....y'know when you go to a Waffle House, it's pretty much a gamble. Well. We lost here..food came out one by one, not together. Almost finished when the rest of the food came...ordered a to go and we watched it sit for over 10 min while we waited...soo...probably won't go back to this House.

I went here after the gym I’ve been losing weight and only had 600 calories for the day needed to hit my protein so I ordered a big meal about 950 calories but still in my limit but the women I’m pretty sure also the manager decided to huddle and speak about my order talking about weight and how they don’t comment it to people. I weighed in at my lowest today and was proud of myself great way to treat a customer
Very unkempt and the waitress was eating bacon while taking orders and her apron was dirty. There was sexual conversations from the staff, very distasteful.

If you need mortar to build a brick wall this is the place to come and order the grits. On occasion they've had pretty good grits but our recent experience was a disaster...the grits were inedible. How shameful to serve grits as these were prepared.

Found a roach crawling near my chair. Told my waiter all she did was take the cup that I shoveled the roach end and kept working. Said sorry but did nothing else. Guess it common here. How tragic and disgusting. Then my order never came on time not that I even wanted at this point. My sister order was not fully. Complete.
