Ordered food and couldn't pick it up because they had the door locked at 6:00 pm and would not answer their phone. They had customers inside operating the door lock -- one girl sitting by the door was locking it and unlocking it for people. It was the most ridiculous thing I've ever encountered. I'm sure the owner would be thrilled to know tons of customers were prevented from entering the building or picking up their food -- at least four parties of customers came and left in the ten minutes I was there trying to call them to get my order and they were as confused as me (the sign said there was a wait yet the doors were locked. . . people leaving could not get out and there was some sort of buddy system wherein certain customer were guarding the door and locking it after people left -- it was just bizarre).

March 23,2024 6.15 am. 26046 N Dixie hwy. Perrysburg Ohio.Ordered two egg breakfast,ham, wheat toast. Eggs medium not Easter eggs, Light on hash browns,Not Burnt, no jelly for toast, Decaf coffee , maybe not bottom of pot with Flowters. No name tags waitress, dirty counter. They both ( Cook and waitress) need to be sent to BG store and really get there act together retrained. Either get it right or get on down the road .BG is awesome , always manager there.Never stopping Perrysburg again. Terrible!!Tried calling to talk to manager, phone rings no contact, just saying no order over the phone. Come On People!!! Need a Manager!!!!! Tried Web page won't send my complaint!!!

Our service was tremendously good we had a waitress who treated us almost like family. Miss Kelly is the best!! So nice!!
