Ajay our server was very good. The kitchen got way backed up and we waited over a half an hour from the time we got our salads until we received our entrees. We were going to a show and only had about 15 minutes to scarf down our entrees before we had to leave. Not sure if the kitchen lost our orders or if they were just that slow. Several other tables who were seated when we were, did not seem to experience the same issue. The steak frites and pork chop were both very good.

Reservation was at 5. Ordered by 5:10. Did not get food until 6:20 and was only offered one refill on water and did not have a chance get another cocktail.

My steak was cooked a perfect medium rare, while the others in my party enjoyed their spicy chicken and traditional fried chicken. The side dishes are very good. The bourbon cocktails were excellent. The food and the wonderful service made this a fantastic choice before the Broadway Louisville performance. This was our second visit and we look forward to a third.

Well very disappointed. We booked it on open table. Got there it was closed . Something about unexpected things happening. But my point is don't allow open table to book a reservation when you know it's closed for some whatever reason. Normally it's open for dinner. But tonight even security at the hotel didn't know it was closed. Walked us back there assuring it's open. But no it's closed. I know things happen but at least update open table.

My food was not good at all. My salmon was so hard I could not eat it. And the servers were not attentive enough.

Had the breakfast buffet at Walker's Exchange. Lots of food options on the buffet... something for everyone. The scrambled eggs were noticeably "better" than what you usually get at a buffet where they are cooked in a big batch... not sure how they do it, but they were very good. The wife ordered off the menu, and the service was a bit slow, but probably to be expected as they probably staff a bit differently when they have the buffet, as most people probably just take the buffet. All in all, a good breakfast. I would go back.

I was nervous with the reviews but we came anyway for the convenience. It was very very good. My gf and I both had the avocado toast with eggs add on. Coffee was great and the staff very friendly .

The menu is an odd combination at best. The Galt house is definitely struggling in the food department .

I think they were short staffed. Got seated right away, got our drinks right away waited on our food @ 45 minutes. Breakfast was good, I had scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes & a biscuit with gravy. Had to use a fork & knife to cut up the biscuit it was a little tough but everything else was very good. All the staff were very busy cleaning up tables for the incoming guests.

The food wasn't the best the meat very tuff. The wait staff has issues with communication. Not being able to understand the English. When they spoke we didn't understand what they were saying. One lady told us she didn't speak English. The pie was a boxed store Bough piece for $9.00. We really were expecting more and could be the issue for a $95.00 quick dinner.

Made a reservation for 3 at 6pm.
Was seated & ordered within 10min
Appetizer didn’t arrive till 6:45pm after asking a manager what the delay was.
I ordered steak frites (medium steak) & when it arrived at 7pm the steak was WELL Done. Told the food runner that this was supposed to be medium & he said “it is” then snatched the plate.
We noticed a man by himself was seated about 15min after us & NO ONE checked on him till we decided to let the other manager know.

James (F&B manager) came to our table we told him about the awful experience we had with disrespectful staff & while he graciously comp’d my meal he later decided to comp everything. We asked him to please charge us for something so we can tip our waitress since she was lovely & apologetic for everything.

Won’t be coming back to eat but the hotel is nice
