I ordered the garlic parm chicken nuggets 10 with two large chilies with extra cheese I asked twice for the chicken nuggets not to be hot and I got them hot. This isn't the first time I don't know why I guess they don't hear me but I didn't get a receipt. I went today about 12:45 1:00pm and I didn't get a receipt or I would have used the receipt for verification

Inside is always closed we didn't didn’t get the food that I PAID FOR and didn't even give us a receipt but the cherry on top they don’t answer the phone tried to call 2 time do not go to this restaurant they don’t care if you get what you paid for

First review I’ve ever wrote in my life. This is THEE worse fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Today, I put in a mobile online order for carry out. To my surprise (not really) the doors are closed! This is far from the first time this has happened at this location. Many other reviewers have noted that the door stays locked. Beyond me. Anyway, I go through the drive thru. I got my food and drove back home after a 13 minute wait (there was only me and one other person in front of me.) I open the bag and would you look at that, a wrong order! Of course, like any other customer, you would drive back to get the TWO missing items that you were supposed to receive. Got it back, but not even a sorry or thank you from them. The employees are only there for a check and that’s it. I got home to eat my food and the chicken is so tuff that not even a .50 CAL bullet would be able to pass through it. Terrible. Fries were only good because I seasoned them. Never go to this Wendy’s for everyone’s sake, thank you.
P.S. The place reeked of marijuana.

You always double check your order before you leave the drive thru. They rarely get the order correct. I would recommend going somewhere else to avoid the hassle. I made the mistake of going back, another missing burger.

Pulled up to the drive through and was told they only taking mobile and DoorDash orders. Pulled off and made an online order. Get in drive through and wait for 3 people putting in orders. See why this place has the rating it does.
