Doors to the lobby were locked at 6pm on a Thursday. Someone let me in and the whole lobby smelled like weed and the men's bathroom was even stronger. Was then told that the lobby was closed. It's always something with this Wendy's

Waitingatthe counter 5 minutes for someone to take our order, even though 2 employees looked at us 3 times. Waited a long time for our food, even though no one else was there. Food was warm, at best. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting! Dining area was sticky.

I drove up at 6:30 am and went to order but no one was at the window so I pulled around to the window and saw someone inside so I knocked on the window and asked if they're open and she said yes but they didn't have everything ready and couldn't make food yet. I asked if you open at 6am and she said yes and said sorry. I said, I thought if you open at 6am then you should be ready to serve at 6am, right? She just said sorry. I told her you all need to get it together. And you do. I won't go back now because I'm not confident that I will get breakfast at 6:30 when you open at 6. This needs to be corrected.

Went here to eat lunch. Ordered they got one of my combo meals wrong. It was not what was on receipt. They got the right one. Where eating our burgers and realized the cheese was old. And they over cooked 2 baked potatoes.

Food got cold really fast after sitting down to eat. My double patty Baconator would've been awesome if it wasn't for the fact that my patties weren't cooked thoroughly. They were pink on one side of both patties. Fries seemed to get cold almost instantly. We had driven 6 hrs on our Journey home so we were both ready to eat something hot. Sadly, the whole experience was a let down. I didn't post pics of my uncooked Baconator because my husband wouldn't let me. Only took pic of the kids meal and bottle of water.
