Went thru drive thru, when I got home seen they forgot over half my order my wife called multiple times and they would hang up after a couple rings!

If I could give this restaurant no star I would. I am embarrassed for them. Coming from someone who used to work for Wendy's you should be ashamed. I ordered through doordash tonight and what I could was absolutely reprehensible. The 10-piece "crispy" advertised nuggets are anything but. Cold. Tasted as if they had said in the warmer all night. The Fry's that you guys say are the best in town. always hot, always fresh.. were not. They were over salted and cold I'm raising two young black boys so we do worry about how cholesterol and high blood pressure. I ordered a salad from my mother who is 78 years old she asked about it all day we were going to order pizza but instead we ordered Wendy's so she can get the salad cuz a lot of those pizza places don't sell them anymore. It was brown!!!!! literally Brown. Plus, no dressing, how disappointing. The condiments for the nuggets weren't sent either. This is a $40 order sitting on my counter and I'm making grilled cheese. Doordash is a joke. I have since deleted the app. you should definitely be vetting your restaurants that you are allowing to serve your customers. This is like the fourth time my order has been messed up in 3 months.. but that's another story.

Edited to add: The manager (John) at this store was on top of it. He called and left a message that he would replace my meal, I didn't opt to do that. But I do order food from them for my mother who's in assisted living. She tells me every time that the food is correct and delicious. So kudos to John for making sure this Wendy's is on the ball. I will change my rating to 5 stars.
I got an apple pecan salad, and this is the chicken that was in my salad. It looked petrified, it was harder that the croutons. I tried to call the store but of course nobody answered. They had us pull to the side because they were waiting on the fries. When she brought the food out asked if we had the hamburger and my husband said yes, and a fry. She said, oh, let me check if the fries were in there. Too much money to serve anybody that crap. Done with Wendy's!!
Rude Manager at Window. Older white lady around 50 60 yrs old. Refused to honor a mobile coupon. Berated me for 5 mins for not telling them at the window bc the worker rang it up wrong. She slammed the door and refusing service. I called corporate to file a complaint on her.

The worse drinks ever. There Diet and regular drink Mixture has been bad for months. I gave him another try after 2 months of avoiding this issue. By not going back. Well, today was the final straw. I went ordered and return to work. Only to find these drinks for non. Drinkable. I had to drive all the way back over and pick out. Unsweetened tea. Come on, wendy's, you're better than this, get it together.
