Ordered Cinnabon pull a parts. SUPER HARD!! Not edible. The filling on top looks clumpy and has discoloration. On top of them not having a number to call.

Ordered online only to get to the window and be asked to come inside. Once inside no one addressed me as I stood at the counter and a man was frantically trying to figure out what was going on. Finally he asked me was I waiting on something and I told him I was asked to come inside for a drive-thru online order as my order continued to sit on the counter. Finally they realize they already made my order and hand it to me. The fries were ice cold food, drink were watered down and the overall quality was not good. Definitely seems like there might be some new people there but it wasnโ€™t even busy when I went which made it even more frustrating.

I eat here a couple of times a week. They get my order right most of the time. My wife likes her hamburgers with no muster or keptup. So I get all of the burgers with no mustard and keptup. Or all of them with mustard and keptup. You just never know.

Service and wait time was terrible and only 2 people eating inside. Workers were rude inside and out. Tossing. cups and bags. Manager talking and making fun about another customer in drive thru. Just rude and unprofessional.

1st time ok a mistake but the 2nd time was done on purpose. I deliberately said no tomato on one of the sandwiches because that person is deathly allergic to them. They didn't listen when i yelled it 3 times. This place doesn't care if they hurt people. They care about their line times. Making people wait at the speaker until the person that previously ordered gets their food. I understand customer service is a hard job but why make it harder by not listening to your customers. I will be contacting corporate because it's reached life and death. I also wasnt able to enjoy my food not once but twice. Loss of appetite and the food not good reheated. Waste of money

Stop to get food cause we just came from the one a few blocks away with a bad experience. We walk in and there's 3 people waiting on food. So we stand at register eating to order 5 employees has looked at us and says nothing so we ask the customer how long have they been waiting and they say 20 minutes. So I look at my wife and shes like idk. Then we look behind the counter and a big teenage looking guy with long hair is making fried with no hair net and his dirty hair just swinging all around the place then another lady touching garbage and not washing her hands. So now it's been about 15 minutes so we go to leave and the manager says I'm about to lock the door but can I help you. I was naw I'm good. This was about 630pm Saturday June 7th. This is another Wendy's I won't never return to. Plus it's a lot of young kids that play alot in this restaurant
