Sat in the drive through, got to the speaker and was asked to wait, then I was told they could only take cash at the window and I would need to go inside. Once inside I was ignored for ten minutes before walking out. Horrible experience

Love that this is probably the only Wendy's that is still serving breakfast. Their oatmeal is to die for. I actually stole my recipe from there. Food is fresh with pretty smooth service. If you go, try the oatmeal!
This Wendy's finally had the specialized Frosty that I wanted to try. The candy cane Frosty is great or maybe it's called peppermint but it's still great. My only complaint was they forgot my sauce for my chicken nuggets. I got the spicy so it really needed some ranch dressing. Otherwise my biggie meal although all small sizes was very filling and I got plenty of fries in my small container. And in my opinion Wendy's has the best fries.

I came here with my family (including young kids) and was thoroughly disappointed. The person serving us did not even try to be friendly and he got 3 different things wrong about the order. Further, the place reeked of pot and a man sat down close to my young children and proceeded to talk to someone on the phone while using strong language. Thankfully, most of this went over my kids’ heads.At least the food was good.

Extremely slow and unprofessional. There was no one in the dining room, 5 cars in drive thru, and about 5-6 staff. It took forever to get someone to take my orders, They just walked by and didn't even acknowledge we were there for the first 10 minutes. Service is the worst.

Then a guy started yelling spanish at me so I just left. Worst Wendy's ever every time. I'll never go back. I certainly hope Jr Bridgeman doesn't still own Wendy's in Louisville. He would be ashamed.
