Used to be the best Wendy’s in town a few months ago. New management and employees are horrific. Waited in the store for 40 mins trying to pick up my mobile order…left with no food…they can keep my $16 will never be back. Management needs to be fired.

Thank you for allowing each car in the Drive-Thru to wait 5 minutes in silence before taking an order 20 minutes after ordering I received a cold hamburger and a cold fries when I call nobody answers the phone and it says it's been disconnected great service guys

On Wednesday 10/22/2025 I made a mobile order on the app and did pay online. When I showed up to pick up my order they charged my card a second time without my authorization. I spoke with the extremely rude general manager who refused to talk to me and instead belittled me calling me stupid. But she was clearly wrong because they did double charge my card. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to dispute the charge because Wendy's mobile app is garbage and their manager is aggressively toxic and refuses to do her job correctly.
I even contacted Wendy's customer support through multiple channels but they never responded to me.

Im convinced they dont have sugar cookies. I order 5 cookies 3 times and everytime I get chocolate. I cant eat the chocolate ones. Reason I order sugar. But by the time im where I need to be I find out I have wrong cookies and give em to someone else. Come on its not hard. Its even mobile order so you have time to make them!

This location used to be one of the best when it was owned and run by Ernesto. At some point in the past couple of months it must have changed owners. The mobile app only occasionally works, the drive through is unbelievably slow, the employees are super rude now and the food is cold and trash. This used to be my favorite Wendy’s in the city, but it’s gone downhill really bad in 2025.

On 9/6/25 at night this location refused to take my order at the drive through. Said they only take door dash and mobile orders, yet the mobile order app wasn’t working (per the app, there were technical problems at this location). They didn’t care. Really poor customer service not to take my order at the drive through or inside the restaurant.

Just tried to order in the drive through, sat there for several mins and no one was on the speaker. I said hello and some rude woman said I will get you in a sec. Sat there for another 5 mins and on one ever took my order. PLEASE hire some decent employees.

I tried to place an order, only to be told the only way they would accept new orders was online. That forced me to waste 15 minutes setting up an account and figuring out their system instead of simply ordering in person like any normal business. It felt inconvenient, unwelcoming, and unnecessary. If you value your time, be prepared for extra hassle.
