ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I literally just left from there and I ordered a large chili and a small fry. The chili is literally nothing but beans. DO BETTER!! The fries were cold as well, nothing freash!!..I WILL NOT BE BACK

My boyfriend and I were hungry on new years night and didn’t feel like cooking. So we went on an adventure to Wendy’s. Boy was it.. they handed us the bag and we scooted up and checked. They forgot my salad. No big deal. I went to the doors. Both sides were locked and only the drive thru was open. I was in my slippers in the cold btw, but I digress. What should have only been a 2second resolution turned into almost half an hour of waiting. We pulled back into the line to wait patiently. When it was our turn, we got no answer at the intercom. Dead air. I understand if you’re busy, but say so! We waited for probably 10min with absolutely no customer service there answering. Finally we decided to just pull up to a window since everyone else in line in front had all gone. They gave us the meal swiftly but with no apologies or comp for all the trouble. And they clearly saw me come to the door prior. I knew fast food was a bad idea. That was my sign to let these joints die. $30 for essentially microwave food isn’t worth my time. I’ll home cook my meals for less or go to a nicer restaurant that takes care of their customers for the same price range. If you decide to go here, word of advice: check your bag right there at the window even if it takes a minute because it will save you time overall. Have a blessed new year!

The manager there (bald man) is very impatient. Very mean. Probably because he doesn’t have hair. The only reason I’m give it 2 stars and not 1 is because the woman at the window with the glasses is very kind and nice. Love her.

Place Is always slow stood in line 10 mins b4 anyway came to register nobody seems to have a station position people doing everything running into each other. Went there at 11p sat in line only to get to drive thru mic to be told only taking doordash orders n mobile smh I hate this is the closest one to me

Restaurantji Recommends
So I get here and really have to use the restroom and the mobile app says that the lobby is open so I place a mobile order. I go to open the door and it's locked so now that I have to go to drive through, there's now three more cars in front of me. Once I get to the speaker, they tell me that they're only doing doordash orders. I have had enough with the incompetence of managers of fast food establishments. I will not come back to this location and I implore others not to, as well.

pulled up and waited 10 minutes for an order wirh cold fries. Then got a door dash order, got the notification that the order was ready and pulled up and waited for 13 minutes, which makes it look bad on me, like I took forever after receiving the order.
So a cold afternoon and nothings better than Wendy's chilling, right? Not at this Wendy's. Asked for a large chili and they Said all they have a small so I order two smalls and ice tea. Got to the window, paid for my meal she handed me my tea it wasn't sweet. So I asked her to change it out she did with no problem. Dod not have to wait to long and my chili was in plastic containers when I took it out It spilled everywhere . As seen in the picture. A d ot just tasted like tomato soup. Parking lot is dirty. I will never come to this place again may just give up on Wendy's for good.

Great meal, but the automated drive through program had me kind of frustrated.
