Okay Wendy's on outer loop has went downhill. I got a pretzel baconnator burger and took a bite and looked down and it was bloody. Not pink but literally Blood dripping on wrapper. Sooo I called corporate and spoke to a lady about it. So hopefully this WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. not only disgusting and unacceptable but dangerous. Ecoli is no joke . My mother got it and was in hospital for 3 months until they finally was able to fight it off with all kinds of antibiotics. So please be aware not only Wendy's but any fast food joint or etc, when consuming food from places that have kids cooking foods.

I came to this Wendy’s for breakfast at 6:32AM i sit at the speaker for awhile no one answered me at all! The signs was still on dinner a lady walked up from walking to work and flipped the signs to breakfast. She asked me if anyone had said anything I responded no . She told me that “ sometimes when it’s cold outside they open up later and to come back “ as a general manager this is very unacceptable someone needs to review the footage and hold the person that’s running the store accountable. I asked for jelly they gave me ketchup, I said no ice I received ice in my coke , it was way to much sauce on the breakfast sandwiches I spent a lot of money to receive poor quality food and bad service. The lady working the line is wearing gloves and ringing up orders . According to food safety standards all managers are aware that each time u transition from one working zone area to another you must RISE , WASH AND SANITIZE . I called and spoke to the night shift manager and left my name and number to speak to area coach about this behavior. If I do not hear anything soon I will be moving forward with the process my visit was on Monday Jan 8th @ 6:32AM

Worst wendys ever In my opinionNow I'm ONLY TALKING ABOUT 3RD SHIFTI've called for a half an hour straight 2 separate occasions to get a replacement. Looks like imma have to go to morning shift. I'm serious this food 2 seperate times has tasted and felt like it was in the fridge Ober night and not even heated up. First time I let it go. This is the second time. Not to mention everyone I know says about the same thing. I'm demanding a 40 dollar gift card so I can go to another one. And I better get something close to it. They didn't even give a receipt I guess for these reasons. raising hell politely in the morning to 1st shifters.
