Rude from start to end. Told us they couldn't take a tax exempt order. We've been to other Wendy's and have never had a problem, nor have we had this problem at any other restaurant. When we got confused, the person at the counter said "Its only 70 cents," which isn't the point, nor her choice. Also every surface was sticky and gross. We left without ordering.

The woman behind the counter refused to serve my speech and debate team because we were tax-exempt. Was super rude to my coach. Will never come back. Awful service. ?

The staff was incredibly rude and nasty with us. We are on a university sponsored trip and refused to use take at our tax exempt form. We’ve been to multiple Wendy’s on our trips and have never had an issue with the form before. the cashier was condescending through whole experience. We refused to put our order in and left. The floor was also dirty and sticky.

I don't know why I order from here, because everytime they send me a taco salad with none of the fixins! They don't send any of the good stuff for the taco salad. If you don't send chips, salsa, chill and sour cream it's just a bowl of lettuce and tomato.

Many times dining area is closed. Buns on hamburgers are not fresh. All meat tastes flat. Chili is good and frosties are good. Rest room is messy. Parking area has litter most of the time. Management seems disorganized. Some tables are uneven.
Had got 2 combo meals the baconators, was very disappointed after finally getting home 25 minutes later that on of the sandwiches wasn't good even the right be was just a plain chicken sandwich and for there to only be 1 frosty when I paid for 2! How hard of an order is it??? It was literally the same thing! Very bad customer service guy in drive through definitely hated his job and everyone around him :(

Placed drive thru order. Got to window only to be told they were out of the item I ordered. Got a different item. Then the drive thru window attendant took my card and then took other orders and then scratched his head with my card. He finally handed it back after several minutes. Then he forgot our drinks. Asked what we ordered and got the drinks, but first found a friend at the counter. He had one of the drinks without a lid in his hand when he leaned over the counter to hug the person, with my drink in between them. Very slow and forgetful and just gross.

I just left this establishment without my order because which ever guy was in the drive thru tonight at 8:50 on the dot completely disrespected me as a woman. He was extremely rude and when my passenger made a joke about another business this man proceeds to jump on the headset and ask me what was funny then called me a child and that he didn’t have to serve me. I asked to speak with a manager on duty and was completely ignored. There’s was a customer in front of me who tried to place the order and all he gave her was ketchup and never came back to the window. I should never ever have to be treated with this much disrespect in my entire life. I have a recording of the whole incident to protect myself in case things turned left. Absolutely will never go back to this establishment and will send all information to cooperate. If I could give negative star I would. This was absolutely ridiculous.
