I don't have many problems with this Wendy's. The food has always been good for me. What I do have a problem is with the fact that it's 4 years after covid and they still will not open the lobby. Open the lobby! I not only came for food but to go to the bathroom and to wash my hands. There is nothing more infuriating than parking and walking up to a door of a fast food place and it's locked while they are open. This isn't 2020-21. It's time to open the lobby.

Terrible service, they only take one order at a time. They refuse to take the next order until the one in front is gone. To busy listening to music. I ordered online and still had to wait 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches.

Wendy's outer loop, please stop putting COLD fries back in the grease. When the fries are piping hot but they are crunchy and have black specks on them we know what you've done. $10 wasted on a biggie bag and queso fries because the fries were not edible

I will never buy even a bottle of water from this place again. It is not the first time that I have had problems with them but this was the last straw, I place an order through the Mobil application and when I arrive to pick up the order they tell me that there is no chili, I tell the person who serves me that Please cancel the order and he told me that if he did not confirm it, the credit card would not be charged and it was all a lie, they charged it and I never consumed it because when I arrived to pick up the order there was none!! It's a complete lack of respect.

Just spent 25 minutes in the drive thru they r literally the slowest place ever I feel like they owe me for that..25 freaking minutes come on you all gotta do better. I will never come here again.
When my FedEx package got delivered to Wendy's..An employee made sure the package got to the rightful owner. I'm far from a rich man, but I offered him a twenty to show my appreciation; which he declined. Turns out a typo in the delivery address led me to a humble, honest, hardworking man, named Joe Hagan. It's nice to know that there are still men like him around.
