Step 1: Walk into the restaurant and get ignored by three middle-aged male employees staring at their phones. Step 2: Finally get one of them to come to the counter only to find he doesn't speak English. Step 3: Wait for him to get employee #4, the only one in the restaurant who speaks English. Step 4: Get told she can't take the order because she's already logged into the drive-through (back) register. Step 5: Realize she's not smart enough to remember "burger and large fries" long enough to type that into the other register. Step 6: Realize the other three employees are incapable of taking an order or using a cash register AND were not making food for the customers in the drive-through. (What do they do??) Step 7: Realize this is why other customers (in the drive-through) just drove off without getting any food. Step 8: Go elsewhere to eat, laughing at how pathetic this Wendy's has gotten. Seriously, this is NOT a one-time issue. AVOID this location!

Tried the drive thru, sat for 10 minutes with no response thinking they were short staffed & when I left the area they came on the intercom. Went to the window & ordered the girl repeated the order 3 times because she didn't speak English I paid got the food & left

It’s a Wendy’s, they didn’t have coffee so I had to settle for Diet Coke. The sausage egg croissant was pretty good, too much mayonnaise. The potato wedges tasted like they’d been sitting out too long. Overall the food was fine but I’ve had better at other Wendy’

I am handicapped. 69yrs old with RA. This crew at this location knows my left arm is not 100%. They are patient while I a m paying . Leaning out the window to help me receive my food inside my car window. I don't go to other drive thru anymore. They are so grand! Thanks so

If you are looking for quick service and correct orders, steer far from this location. My order has been taken incorrectly multiple times and several times have had the employees act rude when I ask them to correct it. It always takes forever to get through, even when they have only one or two cars in the drive thru. Never go here.

Very slow @the drive-thru. Out of coke (the drink) ? clerks have to leave the pickup window to charge my card, and then he had to leave the window to get my receipt.It's frustrating to get into and out of the site. It's a pitiful location. But damn the food was great!
