This place is a joke. I ordered my food andy wife ordered her mom some food 2 different orders. Then a guy behind me ordered his food. 20 mins later the guy behind got his food theny wife got her mom's food so I said excuse me when is my order gonna be ready the guy said we just got $100 order in drive thru it's gonna be a minute I was like well how did she (my wife) get hers and the guy behind me get his we all ordered the same $3 son of a baconator. The guy said we only have one sandwich maker. I said that's not what I'm saying then I said we all 3 ordered the same burger how did they get there's first. He then said again we only have 1 sandwich maker then I got mad and said do you not comprehend. This is one of the most disrespectful stores in Louisville I told dude to give me a refund then all of a sudden my food was ready then the manager said just give him a refund. So I gotyoney back and left. Plus store was nasty and dirty. Every worker was just standing around in the back looking lost

Ordered a breakfast sandwich. They seemed only to be able to fix one order at a time. I waited 5 minutes after I ordered. Not very fast food. The sandwich was extremely greasy.

Just left Wendy's, the very rude manager refused to honor the app 2 for 7.00$.
From the time we pulled into the parking lot and getting our food 30 minutes, ridiculous.
Had to walk in after waiting for our food 10 minutes ,we were asked to pull up and wait. Employees arguing, staff very rude and the manager is especially rude. Won't ever go back. They don't deserve a star period.

It's a good fast food place to eat at. Nothing is "the best" but it's good down the board. The staff are doing their job, food is good, the place is kept clean and it's a Wendy's.

Vegetarian options: There are fries and baked potatoes..........

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is flat and you can fit through the doors.

***gags***. Food was disgusting, I've never seen a burger covered in that much grease... It' was awful. The fries too were soggy and soaked in grease. The lady at the drive thru was nice and the order was correct , ust gross.

I ordered at 1:48p and didn't receive my order until 2:15p. It was only two meals, not a huge order. The front counter girl was amazing. Her name was Alexis, but the manager was horrendous. Her name was Ms. Queen, or at least thats what some people who asked was told. At least 2 other people had to wait a very long time because there order was incorrect. One of whom ended up leaving because they were taking so long. He wanted his money back, but the manager wouldn't come to the front to approve the refund. I placed my order at 1:48 & didn't receive it until 2:16, so almost an entire 30 minutes. They were not even busy when I arrived. Only 2 other people inside the restaurant, both of which had already ordered. When I did get my order, one sandwich wasn't made right and our fries were cold. (Cold fries are the worst.)
There were a couple people who came in after me and some of them ended up leaving because everything was taking to long. The manager had yelled at the front counter girl so bad that she went in the bathroom to cry. Myself and two other people in the restaurant were pretty upset by this. We were all talking about how the manager was being rude and unprofessional when another worker came to the front. One of the ladies asked for the managers name and I guess the manager heard her because she came up front asking why she wanted to know her name. (Very rudely too.) The lady told her because she wanted to call corporate and that's when the manager lost it. The other lady standing at the front told the manager that she was being very unprofessional and that's when the manager said that the two ladies, who came in separately, had to leave because they were being disruptive. They were not being disruptive at all. She yelled at Alexis more because she had went in the bathroom to cry.
I myself am in management. I manage a retail store. I would NEVER talk to employees like that and I would NEVER EVER treat customers the way she did.
I tried to fill out the store survey online, multiple times, and it kept either not loading properly or starting over once I got so far.
