First time visiting this Wendy's. Ordered and ate in the dining room, which only had one person eating in. For the record I'm really beginning to not enjoy giving reviews lately. The passed few have not been good and I absolutely hate giving bad reviews. So I will make this quick and short as possible. First the staff was friendly enough, so no complaints there. But the soda machine was in a very dirty condition. It looked like there had been an soda explosion of some sort. It was also out of HiC, Coke, and ice machine was not working. The ketchup dispenser was empty also empty. The e countertop whew.... I didn't set my tray down on it, if that tells you something. The table we found was fairly clean though we did need to pass over a couple that needed to be wiped down. The floors we sticky, and some scattered pieces of napkins and straw paper told me it hadn't been swept for several hours, if not all day. So when we got our food, my expectations weren't very high. Surprisingly, the food was delicious! The double cheeseburger was perfect, fries were hot and great. So it ended up working out. Hopefully, this review will bring attention to the staff to be aware that not many people want to eat in an unclean dining room, I hope whomever was involved in the explosion of soda is doing ok.
Edwin has great customer service! He was friendly, helpful, and made our visit enjoyable. Because of him, we’ll definitely keep coming back to this Wendy’s.

When we first pulled in, it was after midnight and the place looked closed. So we drove around the building, only to see someone in the window, so my bf stopped and asked if they were open. We pulled back around to the drive thru and Ordered. I got the Junior Bacon chz Burger. Missing the bacon. You have absolutely no one there, how can you mess an order up other than not paying attention 😔

My son's in love with the new Takis chicken meal...he'd eat the darn thing everyday if I'd let him. Too bad it's alil to pricey for my wallet, or id of order one for myself too...maybe next time

Love this Wendys, the staff is always nice and the food is always great, never had a problem. Did want to give some feedback though, today I got the caramel frosty-ccino and tasted like straight up cough syrup or chemicals, maybe they put too much syrup or something. But anyway, still love and recommend this location!

This place is a joke. I ordered my food andy wife ordered her mom some food 2 different orders. Then a guy behind me ordered his food. 20 mins later the guy behind got his food theny wife got her mom's food so I said excuse me when is my order gonna be ready the guy said we just got $100 order in drive thru it's gonna be a minute I was like well how did she (my wife) get hers and the guy behind me get his we all ordered the same $3 son of a baconator. The guy said we only have one sandwich maker. I said that's not what I'm saying then I said we all 3 ordered the same burger how did they get there's first. He then said again we only have 1 sandwich maker then I got mad and said do you not comprehend. This is one of the most disrespectful stores in Louisville I told dude to give me a refund then all of a sudden my food was ready then the manager said just give him a refund. So I gotyoney back and left. Plus store was nasty and dirty. Every worker was just standing around in the back looking lost

Just left Wendy's, the very rude manager refused to honor the app 2 for 7.00$. From the time we pulled into the parking lot and getting our food 30 minutes, ridiculous. Had to walk in after waiting for our food 10 minutes ,we were asked to pull up and wait. Employees arguing, staff very rude and the manager is especially rude. Won't ever go back. They don't deserve a star period.

It's a good fast food place to eat at. Nothing is "the best" but it's good down the board. The staff are doing their job, food is good, the place is kept clean and it's a Wendy's.
