Customer service is terrible and food was cold! Ordered my food and asked for it “made to order”, the lady working the window (with the herpes on her lips) instantly caught an attitude. Then she rushed my order when I wasn’t even done. The mangers there is no better. She handed me my food and slammed the window. Meanwhile she forgot my drinks. So I had to yell for her to get my drinks I already paid for. Do not go to this Wendy’s at all!!

I ordered Baked Potato 2 hours ago, they said they were out but be ready in 30 minutes (this has happened to me twice)I went back 2 hours later they said they were out. I asked to speak to manager he came to window said they were out. I explained I was there 2 hours earlier and I was told they were in oven. The manager said he sold out. I asked how many do they cook. The manager told me 10 potatoes. Is this any way to run a Wendy's. What has happened to Wendy's???
Food is always good! The frosty cream iced coffee chocolate OMGOODNESS delicious! Their chili has always been my favorite since I was little! Will definitely go back!! They have good attitudes (except some people who work their don't quite understand what's on their own menu lol). Recommend!

Window worker was rude and didn't give me time to look at menu in the drive thru keep on asking if I wanted anything else and then I asked for no cheese on one of my burgers didn't get it and my pretzel bun was burnt not worth the 27 dollars I spent with Wendy's next time I will go next door to McDonald'
I use to go to this Wendy’s 1 or twice a week before Covid and had no trouble with service or food. But, service and food got so bad the last 3 years that I stopped going for about a year. On 2/17/24 I door dash from them. When I received my order the bags were sealed but I was missing a chicken sandwich and fries. I tried to call the store but no one answered x2. So I drove to store and explained this to the supervisor and I was told that they are not responsible for items missing, I would have to contact door dash. I reorder classic chicken sandwich and fries and when I go home and my wife start to eat the chicken sandwich it was the spicy chicken not the regular. At this time I was unable to return to the store due to the fact I was going to work. Needless to say I am finished with this store.

Well it is Wendy's after all. This is an ok location for Dixie Hwy and depending on traffic you may get out of the parking lot sooner or you will be waiting. Drive thru can also take some time as well depending on how busy it is. I don't often go to Wendy's but when I do, it's for a Chicken Sandwich and a Frosty Key Tag they do every year for the Dave Thomas Foundation. You can use it to get a free Junior Frosty with any purchase. Now I do love me a frosty and a chicken sandwich from here, I'm just not big on the burger or fries here. This chicken sandwich did not disappoint and had the perfect crunch. I do come back for the chicken sandwich and frosty but, that's about it. Other than that I don't visit often but, I need to make use of my frosty key tag.
