Let me set the scene; Jtown, lunch time, Monday afternoon around 1pm, service was awful. The shift manager working that day was very hateful when we came in to pick up 4 mobile orders. We first noticed the attitude when we went through the drive-thru and were told we had to come in to pick up. Once inside, the guy behind the counter was confused as to why we were inside picking up our orders. When we explained why, the shift manager yelled out "IVE GOT THEIR ORDER RIGHT...
Went there around 8:30 pm tonight. The credit card machines didn’t work and there was a very eccentric young tall skinny bald customer who parked in a an illegal handicap spot and kept complaining about salad sizes, but the workers were so incredibly kind and tolerant and the salad sizes were quite impressive.
