Most of the time the wait time here is less than 5 minutes, they prepare the food according to item description in the menu without missing a single ingredient, mobile orders are kept warm untill you arrive and are prepared in less than 10 minutes, excelent overall.

The ice machine is always broke at this one OK maybe not always but 75% of the time! This one is right down the road from my office so if I need a quick lunch, I’ll stop in there and most of the time it feels like I have to have them get my ice from the back But other than that it’s consistent. Wendy’s usually does a pretty good job.

The lady working the register is incompetent and can’t tell people they are out of a specific item, give you something random, and hope you drive away without coming back.

Worst Wendy's experience of my life. Every person behind the counter was wandering around like they were lost and the line of people trying to get their incorrect orders fixed was longer than the line to order inside and in the drive thru combined. The soda machine also only had lemonade, sprite, and AHA water. We finally gave up on the whole mess and just took our totally incorrect orders and left. The bathrooms were also messy and had no toilet paper, just the cherry on top of a bad experience I guess.

We waited for 30 minutes for an order for Uber Eats. There was a line of cars in back of us too. They locked the inside of the restaurant. There was no dining in either. ??

Writing this review while sitting in a mile long drive through because I ordered in the app for in store carry out but all of their doors are locked with no way in. It is 1pm at the height of lunch time. I order carry out ahead of time because I do not have enough time to wait in a long line. I now won't be able to eat my food and the app says no refunds for orders you put in as ASAP.
This is not the first time this has happened. They lock their doors during peak hours constantly. I don't understand how this is a profitable business decision.

Adding when I eventually got my food everything was stone cold since it was probably sitting there made fore like 20 minutes.

Went and got a Dave's double and a six piece nuggets in the afternoon. Probably one of the best double i have in a while and the nuggets where fresh which was delicious. It's hard to find locations that give quality anymore. Will be back.

They must be short staffed because I was late to work from waiting in the slowest (and smallest- only 1 other person) breakfast drive-thru line ever. It’s supposed to be “fast” food lol. Also the food is always mid at best, bacon is limp and chewy on breakfast sandwiches and never enough honey bc it’s always dry

I occasionally stop by for a breakfast or a lunch to go and on every occasion I’ve been met with very nice, efficient service with a smile. The food has as been as ordered, fresh and delicious- Dave Thomas would like your store :-)
