They must be short staffed because I was late to work from waiting in the slowest (and smallest- only 1 other person) breakfast drive-thru line ever. It’s supposed to be “fast” food lol. Also the food is always mid at best, bacon is limp and chewy on breakfast sandwiches and never enough honey bc it’s always dry
I occasionally stop by for a breakfast or a lunch to go and on every occasion I’ve been met with very nice, efficient service with a smile. The food has as been as ordered, fresh and delicious- Dave Thomas would like your store :-)
Waiting for well over 20 minutes but when your hungry you will wait
Only to get the food and the temperature be like warm at best..
I still ate it because again if you are hungry you will eat it
It's been a long time since I've gone through that Wendy's drive-thru after 10:00 at night and not had somebody who was just extremely rude. Tonight I went through and the lady was so pleasant and then the cook missed something out of my bag and he actually noticed it before I had to say something. Very good experience that I've lived in Middletown for 25 years.

Terrible drive through. There is no 1st window to take order and payment. The guy taking the order mumbles and doesn't listen to me, probably because he is doing the job of 3 people. I have found all the Wendy's in St Matthew's and Middletown have gone to this type of service.

Horrible customer service drive thru guy was rude and acted as if I was a bother then when I ask for the crackers they forgot he and his manager was even ruder. Bad part was I get back to work with mine and co workers regular chicken sandwich to learn both were spicy which i didn't order but of course no receipt in tbe bag or napkins. If your going to be that rude you shouldn't work in customer service. Terrible experience and staff

The establishment was clean, but I had a disappointing experience with the manager's customer service. Despite the drive-thru being quiet, she refused to hand over my to-go order through the window, insisting that I come inside. While I understand policies may require in-store pickup, a bit of flexibility in these situations goes a long way, especially when there’s no rush.
This level of service was surprising, as I’ve consistently received better treatment at other Wendy’s locations and restaurants across the U.S. As a restaurateur myself, I understand the hard work that goes into this industry, and I believe that managers should embody a customer-centric attitude. Unfortunately, the approach I encountered here fell short of those standards.

I said to put no mustard and pickles on my burger. Guess what I found on my burger? I hate mustard and pickles. They didn't fill my fry container all the way. I went to DQ to get a Blizzard instead of a frosty. Deanne is correct.

Foreigners and they don't hardly speak English my order was wrong and went back in for them to tell me they didn't understand English. Sad, very sad location. Don't waste your time or money

Middletown location is dirty. Ate one double stack last week and it made me sick. I had puked the double stack up 30 minutes after I ate it. Some kind of bacteria. Service is poor. They do not listen to the order they are taking. Very rude.
