Food is good, but they consistently have no staff.

Like, no one will answer the drive through. Or they’ll answer to tell you they’re closed. Even if it’s their posted business hours. The last three or so times I’ve ordered through the app, I’ve had to cancel and get a refund because they just won’t make the food.

The NASTIEST fast food around. Always got a bad rating. Always got people with nasty attitudes. Always takes forever. I'm also a dasher so I've seen it time and time again. This is probably the worst one I've been to in Kentucky.

Doors are open so we go inside. Mgr. tells me that he can only take my order in drive through , so I asked why are the doors open? Then I noticed some people eating, look like they just got their food. When I questioned that,he apologized and took the order 😕

Slowest fast food line ever. Be ready to not move for 20 mins and even longer to get through the entire line. Fast food service has plummeted in the past few years.

Avoid this one! Food poisoned!

Employees are more concerned with their phones than customers and completing orders. Fries tasted like burnt dirty oil. Got sick shortly after eating just a couple. Threw everything away.

This Wendy's is declined in service greatly over the past several years. In the past year, I think we've been to this Wendy's once where there wasn't an issue preventing service. Either a drink machine is down, or the frosting machine doesn't work, or they can't take credit cards, or their DoorDash only. 80% of the time this Wendy's has an issue. And they're always extremely slow. There has been several times where we have ordered online and had to wait over an hour and a half to get our food. This is a fast food restaurant, however they do not act like it. I definitely would not recommend patronizing this location.

nooottt deaf friendly at the drive thru windows! got rushed, wasn't listened to, & got an attitude from one of the workers. the lobby wasn't open so i had to use the drive thru line

This is the longest drive through I’ve ever sat in in my life- EVERY TIME. If 4 cars are in the drive through there’s no reason why it should take 40 minutes to get your food this is insane. This location SUCKS GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT

They advertised a "Krabby Patty" meal like it was something special. Naturally, kids want to try it. It is absolutely not anything unique or special. 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend. Wendy's, in general, is just not known for customer service. It's just really sad how today's generation lack a lot of basic skills.
