Fix the soda machine. McDonald’s would never let theirs be out of service for 2 days.

I ordered from this location to get some breakfast for my daughter before school. It automatically put it in picked up status which I thought was weird but I went to the location only to be told they weren’t open yet and when I told him I already put my order in he laughed and said sorry. I then called to try and get my money back and sat on hold 12 minutes to get silence on the line with no one answering. I just want my money back for an order I never received.

Lazy employees need to stop sitting around in the lobby with the lobby locked and forcing everyone to go sit in drive thru. You don't even know the door is locked until 2 or 3 cars jump in drive thru in front of you because you're busy wasting time pulling on a locked door handle.

Came through today and they were short staffed so only the drive thru was open.
It was clearly a hard and busy day but all the staff were friendly and all smiles. The food was still hot and fresh. The manager took time to explain and was so kind.
Honestly a good attitude goes such a long way and even though they were busy and obviously having a rough day the kindness I experienced today will absolutely bring me back.

Mud Ln. Wendys. Went inside to order breakfast. Was told breakfast was unavailable-- that it was lunch only. Then the cashier came back and told me I couldn't order lunch yet and wouldn't let me order breakfast either. Don't waste your time at this Wendy's.

Food is good, but they consistently have no staff.

Like, no one will answer the drive through. Or they’ll answer to tell you they’re closed. Even if it’s their posted business hours. The last three or so times I’ve ordered through the app, I’ve had to cancel and get a refund because they just won’t make the food.

The NASTIEST fast food around. Always got a bad rating. Always got people with nasty attitudes. Always takes forever. I'm also a dasher so I've seen it time and time again. This is probably the worst one I've been to in Kentucky.

Doors are open so we go inside. Mgr. tells me that he can only take my order in drive through , so I asked why are the doors open? Then I noticed some people eating, look like they just got their food. When I questioned that,he apologized and took the order 😕

Slowest fast food line ever. Be ready to not move for 20 mins and even longer to get through the entire line. Fast food service has plummeted in the past few years.

Avoid this one! Food poisoned!

Employees are more concerned with their phones than customers and completing orders. Fries tasted like burnt dirty oil. Got sick shortly after eating just a couple. Threw everything away.
