Sat in drive thru over 10 minutes just to be told they were only taking door dash orders

i ordered pick up around 5:45 on a friday. get to wendys around 6:10, sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes and never get acknowledged. go inside, workers are walking around talking on phones (including the drive thru worker). stood around for ~10 more minutes before finally being acknowledged. i ordered 3 bacon biggie bags (burger/nuggets/fries) with the only difference being one had mayo and two had tomatoes - i was completely missing one burger and the other two were not right. i was missing nuggets. called, complained to a manager. get back to wendys only to wait 10 more minutes before finally the manager looked at me (& got snippy when i said i called). it should not take an hour or more to get fast food.

Got a baconater and 2 plain chicken sandwiches and they for some reason put bacon on the sandwiches

Sat in the drive through for a few minutes, no answer, called store in drive through, no answer, pulled up to windows, nobody there but machines are running and the lights are on, pull up and see one guy asleep and the other on his phone laying down
Don’t order on the app because if you get there and they are out of it (which is all the time) nothing will get resolved. They tell you at the location to reach Wendy’s corporate and then they forward it back to the location which never reaches out. Food quality has gone down and they can’t seem to get your order correct. Unsure what is causing this but clearly if corporate can’t even get them to respond to customers then the owners clearly don’t care.

12:30 and not even open
The food is fine, but each time I order I always have some sort of issue. Normally its whatever, but its been consistent with this restaurant of getting partial orders. I understand mistakes happens but when it begins becoming a trend, that's a issue for me.

I stopped in for some of that yummy chili. There were a couple cars ahead of me, but the line moved fast. It looked like a whole new staff

Last night, we drove all the way to this location to purchase Frostys, only to be told at the window that they were out, so we left. Tonight, we called ahead to confirm availability and were informed that the store stops taking orders at 1:30 AM. We arrived at 12:30 AM, but the employee at the window rudely told us she was only accepting DoorDash orders.
I am extremely frustrated, as we called specifically to avoid being denied service a second time. The posted closing time is 2:00 AM, so this situation feels unacceptable and unprofessional. I believe this issue should be addressed, as the employee’s conduct and inconsistency in service are concerning.

Terrible restaurant. I put a mobile order in and the worker refused to make the order because she didn’t feel like it and told me to cancel it but it was too late amd wouldn’t let me cancel it

I have heard though this location will randomly close it's lobby and the drive thru will do door dash pick ups only. Which is weird.

The guy working the drive thru gave me the wrong information stating they never had a meal for $7 and clearly they use to,I eat Wendy's 1-2 times a week then I was charged for sauce which was new and he stated it's been that way for a long time... Again, false
