They were terrible at taking the order through the drive through, the woman out back taking the orders was rushing us and they failed to give us straws. We paid for over $40 worth of food and we only got 2 out of 4 items and when we went back to receive the missing items they claimed we only ordered the items that we received yet we paid way more than the value of two items. The people working were just rude in general and did not have good customer service whatsoever. They did not even issue a refund for the missing items that we never received. They can check the cameras on how mistreated and unprofessional the staff was. We will not be returning and these workers should be ashamed of how they treat customers.

Your typical fast food restaurant with under paid, ignorant, uneducated, youth running the show. I ordered a large chili on 12/6/25. I asked the guy for a pack of chili sauce. Of course it wasn't in the bag. Got out of my car to go in and all the doors were locked. Finally a young African American girl came to the door and said in a nasty tone. That the lobby was closed because it was only two of them. I told her she didn't have to be so nasty. Chili sauce was shoved in my hand and the door was slammed in my face. I would only stop here if absolutely necessary!!!!

Not sure why they have a store there if it's drive through only. For some reason there's children running around inside the lobby but I can't go inside to eat. I'm in a company vehicle with ladder racks on top unable to go through the drive-thru... Well you lost my service this time, and I won't waste my lunch next time in hopes the lobby will be open either.

Was in drive through for a while with a car in front of me at speaker and than that car took off and went somewhere else so than I sat at the speaker with no response so I went next door to bbq city whitch is a better option anyway and while I’m sitting in their line I hear arguing and and bickering and what do I see every worker there in the parking lot complaining bout whatever they were complaining about but it’s always something every time I try to go there either their only excepting cash right now or their system is down. But every single time I go here I end up going next door to bbq city. Idk but seems like this location will be the ones to close their doors due to poor management and customer skills.
These kids always make sure my huge orders are correct. They're very professional and kind, as well as very well mannered. Eddie, EJ, Maria, and Avernathy deserve A LOT of credit for the hard work they do to and hope they get some recognition ❤️‼️❤️‼️

Extremely slow every SINGLE time I go there. I sat in the drive thru for 5 mins this last time before they took my order and then the guy taking the order had to keep asking again what I would like like he wasn’t even paying attention and sounded like we were interrupting his day. Then I get my food which were 3 daves singles all made differently and they get none of my burgers toppings correct and one wasn’t even a burger like it was supposed to, it was a chicken sandwich!!!! It isn’t that hard people! 🤦🏼♀️

I order Wendy's drive thru and my gosh the man knows I told him twice a Large cherry 🍒 coke ok when come around he gonna give med cup & it pisses me off and he says he didn't have cracker to go with chilli and that got me mad 😡💢😡 I like I will not ever come back to this place.
