I don't know, by arrived about 20 minutes before closing but they told me they were out on everything and we're closing so that's it. I went to Rally's instead and it was delicious.

Hope yall stay around as others are closing but drive through was a little slow but some I need had a big order but maybe 10 min from start to finish during a busy hour 5:00pm.i got everythibgbi ordered, chilli was Da Bomb and I had enough napkins, crackers and utensils. A++ I'll be back For Sure!!

I can't rate the food because the service was so bad. As the third person in line to order, I left after 25 minutes of standing in line and only making it to #2 in line and still no one to take our orders. Went to City barbecue next door.
The staff in this store care NOTHING about guest service or serving quality food. This was my last visit to this location. Cold burgers and fries, missed ordered items, items prepared incorrectly, all this from tonights visit, and to spend $43...ridiculous!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND this location, or any other location in Louisville. This brand has gone down hill in the last 4 years. Maybe they will close this Poplar Level location, and put in something else.

Stopped on my lunch break at 2pm and got my food to go. The double bacon cheeseburger was cold and dry, probably leftover from the 12:00 lunch crowd. Fries and nuggets were also cold. Wendy’s has raised the prices but lowered the standard for quality!
