This is so sad. Wendy's could be the best in the business but the service is disturvi g, disrespectful and foul at all times.
So I try DoorDashing and they still never get orders right.
This should be embarrassing but the managment must not care

I ordered a double stack biggie bag, and a small chili. The only thing that didn't taste awful was the chili. The burger was cold and possibly under cooked, I was only able to stomach 3 bites. The nuggets were alright, but only with the dipping sauce, and the fries were rubbery. I'm usually disappointed with Wendy's food, besides nuggets, usually get the family size spicy nuggets with no regrets for it. I think my hopes that something other than them and the chili being delectable are gone. I don't recommend burgers from here at all. ALL Wendy's not just this one.

This is the worst.. I come often because it's close. They have their children at work with them . Soraying cleaner everywhere.. also.. it's just dirty.. same stuff on the floor for says. I just got a refund.. someone's child is running around the lobby as I'm leaving.. an employee child

Food was not what I ordered, thankfully they charged me correctly but definitely not what I ordered, but being on my lunch break I don't have time for them to fix it. I don't care what your job is, whether you hate your job or not, do the work you're paid to do and do it correctly or just go home and stop wasting people's time

This place needs attention from corporate. Employees ignoring you while the cashier outside smoking and not wanting to give service. Why have the doors open at 8pm if your not going to sell

The General manager has no business being the manager of anything. Visited this location today and the intercom was broken you could barley hear out of it. So I asked could I drive around to give my order the manager said no and asked me to turn off my car so I could hear them. Pulled to the front where the manager would not give me her name or the district manager name. Then I seen the customer behind who also stated the intercom was broke and he could not hear. Worse Wendy's in the city every time I go there's a problem

Worst service ever..ordered ahead on the app and waited 30 minutes for them to tell me the don't have chicken or potatoes. So I asked for a refund and then they have the audacity to charge me for the drinks..I will never eat wendys again because customer service did not have a solution to the problem and it takes 7-14 days for my money back.awful.
The girl on the window was completely rude! Not one thank you, not one smile, even after my husband thanked her numerous times. If you hate your job that much don't work there!

well this place has gone to the dumps , if they even bother to open with a bunch of their friends & kids inside you are still not allowed to sit down & eat after being in the sun all day, drive thru only ...hey Wendy's , yall aint Ralleys so stop actin like it.
After first going to the Poplar Rd location and waiting for 10 minutes with no service in the drive-thru, then came to this location where (imagine this) sat at the drive-thru for 17 minutes before being rudely yelled at by a manager “Jasmine” who refused us service under the excuse that she had no other workers present; however, she failed to realize I had seen another worker stroll leisurely past the drive-thru window and blatantly ignored my knocking. Upon Jasmine sliding the window open, she at first refused to give me the corporate number or her name. Finally, she gave her name-which I am not sure is real. There are two employees present, with the dining room closed, who are more than capable of frying a few hamburgers and dropping a basket a fries or two and a chicken filet or nuggets. At least 4 other patrons left after being ignored. The phone number on Google for both locations went to the same voicemail. The owners of these franchises need to clean house of lazy, rude and apparently incompetent employees (according to Jasmine) incapable of serving drive-thru patrons. This is a disgrace to the Wendy’s name and I will be contacting the Columbus headquarters to inform them how poorly these franchises are being operated.

I completed the survey as well as try to contact customer service no one has even bothered to call me back. I was charged wrong and I was also served spoiled food that was not even edible. I didn't bother to call the restaurant and complain because the person that waited on me couldn't even speak English so what was the point. I don't understand how this place stays open. I don't understand how corporate can turn a blind eye to a customer complaints such as mine. Here's some pictures that doesn't even do them Justice to the discoloration and disgustingness of this alleged meal. Far beyond any freshness I've ever encountered. I spent $18 more than what I even ordered because the person taking my order couldn't speak English and was very rude also he overcharged me and then served me spoiled rotten food which you can tell by the pictures. And even those do not let you experience the smell.
