This is a small restaurant, seems like it's probably mostly carry out. But the sushi was some of the best I've ever had and my husband had a chicken dinner that he didn't want to share! Even the soup before the meal was better than soup I have had at other places! The owner was so kind and gave us good recommendations. We enjoyed eating here, highly recommend.

Atp... I'm over trusting these here reviews on Google or.... maybe these people just don't know good food. Ordered from here today based off of the reviews. We ordered chicken fried rice, spring rolls and ginger salad. The salad was so full of wilted lettuce that we couldn't even eat it. The ginger dressing was not the best, at all. Very bitter. The spring rolls tasted as if they'd been rolled in notebook paper and were mushy in the middle with no real substance. Finally, the chicken fried rice was trash. No flavor. Rice was mushy. Needed the yum yum sauce but even that didn't taste the best so we just ended up throwing the whole meal away. I'm mad I ate what I ate. My stomach feels so gross right now. Yall gotta do better. Horrible experience. Won't be back.
Absolutely love this place. You can customize your sushi order. It’s cute and the owners are lovely. Definitely a little more expensive than any chain or grocery store but I’m happy to spend a little extra when it’s going to these people and for this delicious food.

I have been wanting to order from White Buddha for a while; it's about 30 minutes from where I live. I finally decided to place a to go order and travel a little further to try different (to me) sushi based on the Google reviews when searching for a new place to get some sushi.The lady who put the order together and cashed me out was very nice and friendly.The restaurant has about 5-6 booths for dining in. There seemed to be a few regulars dining in by hearing the conversations between them and the lady worker. To me, regular customers is a sign that the restaurant is good.The food was delicious, and my order was accurate, but it was not ready at the scheduled time for pick up that I received notification that it was ready.The prices seem reasonable for the quality/quantity of food you get.I did find it odd that a few men were coming into the restaurant, going straight to the kitchen and leaving shortly after. No, they were not delivery drivers or workers at the restaurant.Overall, it was worth the drive, but I probably won't order from here again unless I am close by.
I went about a week back. I was initially going because Google said they had Ramen. Turns out they did so I ended up ordering the teriyaki chicken hibachi. It was good but also was really really salty. I know this can be quite common at this type of restaurant, but I mean it was pretty darn salty. The miso soupwas incredibly salty. it felt like the veggies were drenched in soy sauce and even the fried rice was saaaaalty. The chicken was about perfect though. I think maybe I came in at a late hour, or something, but I could tell that the food was really good, it was just hard to cut through all the salt. I’m excited to try this place again!
