Food is good. I get the breakfast toast sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese. Reminds me of childhood. Place is clean! Workers are nice. The atmosphere is off because you have homeless people inside trying to get warm. Not a problem. But there's always that one that's just extra.
The employees stared at us while we were waiting for someone to take our order, the place is nasty, the cook area is dirty and food laying everywhere. The floors are sticky, the pop machine doesn’t work. Took us 10 minutes to finally order and be asked multiple times the same question about our order. Very disappointed in this White Castle experience.

The location of this White Castle is convenient to downtown. It is not well kept up. It was not clean because the floor was messy, the condiment area was lacking and disorganized. The food is average white castle fare and is basic. Service is decent and was the best part of the place. Plenty of parking and is limited to 30 minutes.

I had previously left a good review, but this location has been on a steep decline. This morning I went for breakfast, and half my sandwiches didn't have egg in them and the buns were hard on the edges. But even before that, when I ordered my food, the lady told me to "pull to the window for my total". After waiting a LOOOOONG time, when I finally get to the window, the same lady made a smart remark about ME, taking all day because I didn't have my money ready. How am I supposed to have it ready, when I don't even know the total? I won't be returning anytime soon.

We always choose the 1st street White Castle to spend Valentine's Day at. The staff is always so kind and they really seem to enjoy how things are ran on this special occasion. It's always a great time. I can't wait to go again next year!

The worst at service I’ve literally ever had anywhere and I’ve had some bad experiences they do not care to get people in and out at nights I waited with one care infront of me for 15 -20mins no exaggeration before my order was even taken.:.. I wish there was someone I could call to have someone rep-remanded.

I don't know how this place consistently takes 10 minutes before they take your order and another 20 minutes to give it to you when there is nobody else in line. This is not the first time this has happened to me on a Tuesday. Shame on me I guess.

There was no issues with staff, but the location is a nightmare. Heavy urine smells and homless in area. The food was soggy, but this was my first white castle, so maybe that's how the sliders usually come? Hard pass for me if im ever in the area again.
