Update I went back on Feb 20th 2025 and my double cheese was old and dry like it sat under a light or something for good while . Food is pretty good love the shrimp, but the lines are always so long, and prices are pretty high now

The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. It felt as though we were family. Dining isn't as much about the chosen establishment, it's the staff that keeps customers returning. I have been dining at White Castles since I was a child and I will continue.

Thoroughly enjoyed spending our Valentine's here. The employees were very nice and it seemed like they were genuinely happy to be there. The noise level was low, aside from a few children being children. The decorations were very cute. Overall much better than a loud "fancy" restaurant on such a popular holiday. We'll definitely be coming back next year!

Order through the drive-thru all the food was cold subpar quality White Castle used to be pretty good as far as the food being fresh and hot I guess there's no exception they're like McDonald's and every other fast food place serve your cold food bulshit I guess you got to order your food cooked to order or you'll get it cold once again bulshit

I went to pickup my online order and the doors were locked. I was told "that even though there were people in the lobby that I was not going to be let in and that I'd need to wait in the line" that was wrapped around the building. If you're that short staffed and won't let people pick up their order, you need to turn off online ordering.

I just went into this one particular White Castle to get a fountain drink. It was before lunch and it was fairly slow at the drive-thru with only a few customers coming in. The problem I had with the place was. It had trash all over the floor. In the dining area and tables. In the waiting line there was trash and a wrong feeling to the surface of the floor. As if the surface had been contaminated with something or was not cleaned properly. There was spillage and trash all around the soda fountain area. The soda fountain itself was not properly calibrated and was not registering people's fingers on the screen as it was a digital multi dispenser soft drink machine. The cashier was quick, efficient, and friendly as they took my order. I did not check the bathroom or look really hard around at the care and maintenance of the facility as just looking at the condition of the place I think it gave me enough of an idea that I probably did not want to investigate any further. I was quite glad that I had not ordered any food. As I don't think I would have felt very comfortable eating in that environment. This was my first time at this particular location so in the near future I will try to get back to this location and give it another go to see if these problems are a continuing problem or it was just one of those days.
Parking: There are parking spots on the side and front of the building. They are single spots meant for normal vehicles. Next door to this location is a VA clinic with a good sized parking lot that could probably handle any overflow from the White Castle.
Kid-friendliness: This location has a relatively small dining section. Like a lot of other fast food places of similar size. Otherwise the atmosphere and people dinning. They looked to be the basic run of the mill fast food dinners.
Wheelchair accessibility: I usually check this as it is near and dear to my heart as I am disabled but on this trip. I went into the quote unquote normal sized entrance. I think the handicapped entrance was on the other side of the building from where I came in on. So I would either look at the photos of the establishment or give them a call prior to attempting to dine there.
