My fiancé and I come here quite often. Its almost always between 2-4am because we're restaurant workers. We are always so pleased by how nice, patient and chill every single person that works 3rd shift is. Our orders are always right and fresh. We appreciate it so much considering it's the only thing open at times. It's just nice to not worry about bad food and bad service after a long shift. Thank you all for having a good attitude so late/early, we know how hard that can be.

I honestly believe it may be best this place close and something else takes its place in the building. Came here to eat something fast as we had somewhere to be and it certainly was the furthest from any sort of quick or fast. It took forever to order even and people were waiting on orders in line. It wasn’t even busy at all and drive through wasn’t busy yet there were five employees I could see there. Napkins and paper towels were out, bathroom had no soap or paper towels. Most of the drinks in the soda machine were out and even their machine in the back was out. There were no sauces out for customers in the dining area. The fries were undercooked and the burgers were soggy and had almost no flavor. It was honestly just a horrible experience! I’d never come back and don’t think I’ll even try White Castle again as it’s generally mediocre to begin with however this location really set a final, lasting impression with us. Restaurant wasn’t the cleanest either and there was grease all over, when having a place like this you really need to keep it clean to get ahead and stay on top of the grease!

I normally love White Castle, but this was so disappointing. Buns were stale, the order was incorrect, and it took 10 minutes in the drive thru for 2 cars. I only ordered 8 sliders and fries. Staff was not pleasant
