The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. It felt as though we were family. Dining isn't as much about the chosen establishment, it's the staff that keeps customers returning. I have been dining at White Castles since I was a child and I will continue.

Thoroughly enjoyed spending our Valentine's here. The employees were very nice and it seemed like they were genuinely happy to be there. The noise level was low, aside from a few children being children. The decorations were very cute. Overall much better than a loud "fancy" restaurant on such a popular holiday. We'll definitely be coming back next year!

ordered mac and cheese bitts with 2 sliders, 2 cheese burgers, 4 chicken ring sandwiches 2 small fries and medium tea, she asked what size mac and cheese bits i told her small so i drove up to window checked my food and mac cheese bits not in there i asked for them and she lyed saying i didnt order them. so i ordered them again she asked me to move up i said why im waiting then the other guy said move up i said no im waiting so he got bad paid me my money back and refuse to make me any mac and cheese bits on their screw up!

The day I was there, they only took cash. They were out of the 5 dollar menu sloppy joes. They asked me to pull up and then completely forgot about me. I had to go get my dinner. The door was locked. I had to knock to get someone to the door. I could see my dinner sitting on the counter waiting for the person who forgot to bring it out. Other than that, it was OK.

We ordered ahead as we were in a hurry. Nothing special, 2 each of 3 burgers. Order was to be ready in 20 min. We arrived about 2-3 min after the order was supposed to be ready. No customers in the store or at the counter. I stood there with my daughter for 15 min. No one said anything to me. They avoided eye contact. 5 workers present plus one outside on break. After 15 min, I called out to the person working the drive through and informed him that only needed to pickup a prepaid order that was supposed to be ready 15 min ago. They checked and handed me a bag. Not my order. They checked again, then started arguing with each other about why this wasn't ready. The person previously working the grill was blamed. They start working on the order. 10 min go by. I was told that they were sorry, but they didn't know where their manager was? Twice they handed me bags with some portion of the order, but never any combination that added up to the order. They were arguing with each other the entire time. At one point it was blamed on the two workers that didn't speak English. I finally received the order a full 35 min after it was supposed to be ready for pickup. This point there were two families in line to order and one person from the drive through that had come inside because the order they received was missing parts. I wished everyone luck. The food itself was what would be expected for White Castle.
