This is a pretty decent White Castle. The only gripe that I really have about this place is the drive through line can be long and take forever to get through. You know, fast food is supposed to be fast. I'm not hating on the place. It's just, I wont-wait very long for a fast food restaurant.

It's White Castle. What needs to be said? They're always good when you're looking for that perfect comfort food. There's not one within an hour of me, so when I'm close I must partake. The staff in this store were very friendly and enjoyable.

This is a great white castle if you want good food the lot sucks on the way in but you get great service at adequate speed and price the inside and outside of the restaurant is clean usually and i have yet to have a bad experience with the people who work
This was the Valley Station White Castle. Food was lukewarm and tasted very bland like it had been sitting awhile ( like not just made). I've ordered here before several times and this is actually the 1st time I've had any problems, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt this time. I use 3 strike policy if I have bad food or service. After 3 strikes, I take my business elsewhere.

They saw me, they walked past me 10 times, they just didn't talk to or interact with me, once. IDK if it was a racial thing or what. It disappoints me, but it is what it is. Won't come back.

White Castles is one of my favorite places. I have ate at many different locations over the years. But this location was THE BEST! There was a mgr/trainer of some type assisting a new person it seemed. There was a slight delay which was ok. Once I received my order I went & parked in the parking lot to eat. My order was Hot Fresh and correct! It was the BEST I had ever received from a White Castle. It was Perfect! Thank you for a perfect meal!
