The dining area, service counter, and visible kitchen space were spotless—a true testament to the dedication of the entire crew and management. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the unparalleled service provided by a team member named Meona. She is a shining example of outstanding customer care, going far above and beyond what was required. Her attentiveness, positive attitude, and quick problem-solving skills ensured a seamless visit. Meona not only handled my order with remarkable speed but did so with a level of genuine warmth that made a lasting impression. The speed and accuracy of the service reflect a well-oiled machine, proving that quality and quickness can coexist. This is, without a doubt, one of the best-run fast-food locations I have visited. Love this as a drunk craving, ate my full of double cheese sliders with that Yummy 😋 mustard. The mustard Better not go away anytime soon or we'll boycott white castle next.
However, that cheesecake on a stick is an abomination, it's so small. I don't recommend it. It's genuinely the first thing I've eaten from white castle that I've hated with a furry.

Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers no onions and no pickles, first I was given 3 plain cheeseburgers, which was old, then they took them back and gave me my correct order, when I get home the food was dry and old, I threw it away, I will never go back to the white castle on Broadway ever again just disgusting
