So first the floor was sticky and everybody was standing around doing nothing ordered our food and got it half the stuff was missing had to go back three times one of the lady’s had a attitude because they didn’t have all our stuff in there EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS DIRTY food was burnt a lady had spilled soda all over the front counter and nobody had cleaned it up and was still taking orders soda Machine didn’t have half the sodas and the ones they did have was flat worst experience ever we will not going back
The workers at this franchise are very racist people, the workers behind the counter don't work and instead critic instead of flipping burgers for a living, a new adjustment of workers would be nice and maybe more people would come to eat here :))

Today was the first time I've been in there since before covid. The employee who waited on me seemed to be bored when he took my order. The floor from the counter to past the soda machine was sticky and needed mopped. There were probably around a dozen employees on the back line and they were not that busy. The manager should have had one of them clean the dining room, at least mop the floor. My fish sandwiches were hot and good.

They are always messing up my order with Doordash. Not sending items I ordered or making them items the way I ordered them. I've had my order come right from them to me in 10mins where the burgers are dry and cold. And no it's not the Dashers fault because they can't get dry and cold like they been sitting around that fast. Now tonight my cheeseburgers tasted a little off and 10mins after eating all 3 I got extremely sick and was throwing up for around 6mins.

It depends on what part of town your in, and which White Castles you choose to go too.Some have very good service and food, and some don't. I personally don't eat at White Castle as much as I use to.
Nobody beats White Castle's breakfast for value.
